The beach and the restaurant excelent
They dont have umbrellas at the beach
great view nice pool good staff
noise from pool mediocre restaurant air conditioning a problem sometimes needed more chairs on beach & more umbrellas at pool
The toilet in our room did not flush good and the wi fi never would work.
This hotel has bedbugs.
This hotel is right off the bridge which made it a little difficult to enter and exit the parking lot.
Price and friendly employees.
Couldn't enjoy view from windows. The windows had a wear or film on it that we couldn't even wash off to see out the window.
The hotel was dirty and barely had a door hanging on its hinges including the outside door
Nice hotel, very clean and the rooms were comfy. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The room had a pretty view of the bay and a nice pool. Easy to find and convenient to everything.
The fridge door was hard to close and the Wi-Fi was slow sometimes.
The room was nice and cozy and had a great view of the ocean. Could walk downstairs to the very warm pool which was awesome. Everything you need including Walmart is 2 min down the street!
Bed kinda hard but not unbearable. I thought we would have a private balcony. I don't like to come into my room from the outside. That's rachet!
Good location - right off the bridge Nice views
Older hotel Small room- had a musty smell
The Restaurant which is located in the Hotel is very good. The food is scrumptious and very reasonable. Watching the Sunset from the Terrace is fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner there and enjoyed everyone second of it.
The Hotel is an older one and could used some up dating. Also there is no Elevator to help get your belongings up on the second floor.
It's a short drive to the beach.
The housekeeper did not clean she just made the bed. Not once did she change the sheets.
located only 5 minutes from Pensacola Beach this was an excellent value for our stay. This will always be where I say from now on when visiting the area. Over the past 2 months I have stayed at several other locations and this is the only one I would ever suggest to my family or friends
Convenient location, nice room, clean pool, beautiful view...everything you need for a great vacation!
The view was wonderful and it was easy to get to beaches and downtown Pensacola...
1st day there we noticed that the ac was sitting on two electrical junction boxes lying on the floor. One of the plugs belonged to the AC unit itself and the other was where the lamp was plugged in...we laughed it off until day two when the AC started to leak water at a rapid rate ( running it @ 70 degrees with low auto fan). If we had turned the lamp on I fear we may have been shocked and we are very thankful we do not have inquisitive children or pets...they came an fixed the leaky AC but the floor stayed damp and smelly and the plugs that are, by building code, supposed to be wall mounted are still laying in water on the floor... DANGEROUS! That is not even the worse of of it..maybe it was being woken up at 6:30 am to the sound of construction works hammering away at the building next door, or the fridge that wouldn't work unless you put as much food in the freezer as possible, or the staff allowing people to park however they feel is most beneficial to not getting their car scratched, or being told when we checked in that our card would be charged when we checked out when in fact they ran it for the full stay the day we checked in..no, it was actually the audacity that the manager showed in charging us for " smoking marijuana". We have never and the fact that she charged our credit card without coming to us first is the poorest business practice I have ever had to deal with. We had no idea the card she charged until we tried to use it and it was denied...embarrassing. After my husband complained the manager reluctantly agreeded to put the 150.00 charge back on our card but did so days after we needed the money. To be accused of doing drugs was embarrassing to begin with but to do so loudly and in front of other guest???? Shame... We spent a week there and would have booked our next stay there as well if not for that experience alone.... Never again!
The private beach view although I didn't get on the beach.
The room was a disaster!!! There were so many things wrong, I would be here all day. I took pictures of most of the problems. The WiFi was not working, the fan was hanging from the ceiling by a thread, the AC did not cool, the balcony was flooded with water, has sticky brown stuff all over the table, Yuk!, there was gum stuck to the floor in the bathroom, mold in tub (I didn't even get in the tub~disgusting), and the towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall. Although there was a sofa sleeper in the room, we had my daughter sleep with us. I was afraid of pulling out the sofa bed. I asked for blankets and sheets since the other ones were just thrown up on the shelf and after 2 hours later, the man who brought some of what I wanted, was very rude and brought them up in a plastic garbage bag! Unbelievable! It was so very disappointing! And for the price, it was outrageous! There were so many people having a blast with their music, loud talking, barbeque pits, tables on the beach playing cards, kids everywhere. They took over and were so loud that it was very hard to sleep. I really never rate places but this one I couldn't pass up. I would love a refund! That was so ridiculous that we checked out early and found a place that was much nicer, cleaner, and cheaper! What a joke!!!! The pictures are very deceiving. I would like to know what I'd have to do to talk to a manager/owner about getting a refund!
This place has a great view of the bay.
Sheets were dirty (2 different rooms, 3 beds). All beds had hair in them and one looked as if it hadn't been washed at all. Luckily we had enough of our own sheets and blankets to cover the beds. Also the coffee is terrible (room, lobby and restaurant). So don't forget your sheets and your coffee and don't expect much from the customer service and all should be fine.
Midnight noise from next door
Everything was great. The view was beautiful, nothin went wrong.
The Wi-Fi could have been waiting little better.
Hair in bed. Bugs in room. Wifi was terrible. Fridge smelled bad and had rust. Shower was dimly lit. Water scolded and froze consistently. What spa? There wasn't one. Beach was rocky and dirty.
nice location with a view of the bay, very clean room at a good price.
wi-fi was not dependable at all, outlet for hair dryer needed to be replaced.
Do not expect new or perfect, but it was clean, had hard working adequate staff and was reasonably priced for beach front. No, not crystal blue ocean, white sand beach, but private, nice and sunset worthy! We enjoyed our stay of four nights and recommend it to anyone who is willing to accept staying in an aging but clean facility.
Perfect pool and play for 3 kids under 8..We went to Pensacola each day for a Lil different scene..best spot was on the road to fort deposit out past peg leg Petes.. Overall the kids enjoyed this hotel the most..everything perfect..fisning, water, marina, !!!!;
The sand...:( overall It was truly the best trip ever !!..
