We were in a hurry to meet some business associates at the Duck Football game. We arrived before checkin. The room was being cleaned but they still let us drop our bags off and run. The staff was very friendly.
The rooms were small!!! Shower only, no tub. Cobwebs hanging from roof. Fridge needed to be defrosted badly!!! Won't stay there again.
Found drugs in my room.
The location was good
The room was so small and for the money we paid we expected more :-(
The staff was really friendly and helpful when we checked in. The heater in our room worked very well and so did the wifi. The location was decent, close to the bus and some restaurants and shopping.
The room was really small and the price we paid was three times as much as our friends paid for the same night, same room size! ($50 bs $150) Not worth that much, but rooms were sold out because of the Ducks game. Bathroom was clean ish but the whole room could use a huge makeover. Towels weren't nice or soft, the bed was small and we had to get a coffee maker and a blow dryer from the front desk because they don't come in the rooms. I wouldn't stay here again, but it was a place to sleep.
GO DUCKS !!!!!
I like the fact that we could check in at 3:30am and it had a little kitchen area.
I didn't like the way the shower was set up because if the curtain wasn't inside good water was all over the floor when I finished showering.
Filthy exterior condition. Got a room infested with fleas. Changed rooms and they tried to charge us more. Then rented flea room out to someone else that night. Didn't,t initially give me a receipt. Gave out the wrong wifi to everyone. Had to go csmp out in their office til they got it right. Never again!
Only liked the location and the staff.
We paid $150 for a room the night of the Oregon Ducks game. This room was extremely over priced. The exterior of the hotel was dirty and on the inside the walls were also marked. This room was very small and poorly equipped- it had a kitchen, but no utensils - only two plastic . The bed was OK and the line was fine, but this is a very poorly kept facility. I will not stay at this hotel again despite the staff being extremely friendly and helpful. There was a strong smell of marijuana around the hotel when we woke up.
Beds uncomfortable Charge was more than online reservation and had to be redone for refund
They give you dishes!! That makes staying that much more enjoyable!! The shower was nice, hot and STRONG. Felt great on my sore back from traveling.
The room I was in was run down, mold spots (I think) on the ceiling of the bathroom.
Available there was no roll away bed at all on the property
My son had to sleep on the floor due to no roll away bed as the advertisement stated, really? It was our vacation...
Nice lady working at front desk
Doors face parking lot; place was not well-maintained; dirty concrete, paint flaking off or doors, linens had cigarette burns, kitchenette counter had cigarette burn; "tenants" loitering, kitchenette missing many items, and the side I was on (west) was next to a noisy car wash
Nothing. This place is far from campus and
Staff did as much as they could
Dirty, smoke filled rooms. Cigarette butts on my door mat. Had to wear shoes in the bathroom
The place was noisy. The room was filthy, there were stains on the walls, carpet and bedsheets. The items in the kitchen were either dirty or broken. Unfortunately we had booked online, arrived at night and couldn't cancel our reservation. Under no circumstances would I ever stay there again. I strongly recommend that no one ever stay in this hotel.
Very small room. No confortable chair. Smokers on the walkway outside the room. TV must be 20 years old. Coffe stains onthe wall in the bath.
the manager told us we could walk to the concert at the MK arena. It was almost six miles! We are ladies in our 50's and it would not only have been long and tiring but we would have missed our concert and been walking back that far in the dark. They should know their surroundings a bit better.
I liked the shower. It was big, hot and very roomy.
I did not like that I had to lug all my stuff into the elevator and down the hall to the room. People were bbq_ing in the parking lot and drinking. I traveled alone with my son and it made me nervous and I felt unsafe. The beds were hard and creaky, and it sounded like someone was walking on my head all night long!
The price. Location off I-5 for passing through.
It is pretty run down. But that is reflected in the price.
By far my worst experience in a motel.
Staff handled check in problems very diligently.
We had check in problems.
The front desk person was nice and tried to be accommodating. She told the men loitering and drinking beer in front of the hotel would need to drink in their rooms. That lasted for a few hours and they were back at it again.
Lots of people drinking and smoking pot outside in front of the lobby. The door frame around our door looked like someone had previously broken into it. Lots of "marginal" people hanging out and staying there. Lots of litter in the breezeways of the property. This could be a nice, clean safe place if only they would enforce policies. We've stayed there many times since it opened because my elderly in-laws live around the corner. Given our experience last time, we may opt for a different nearby hotel.
Clean, quiet , inexpensive, excellent location
It is fairly barebones .
Not in good shape, but ok, and cheap
