Front desk, room service, You need better telephone equipments, better supervision of cleaning the rooms. You need to rewrite your questions. We came for business 2 gentlemen
Mattress was old spring type with no pillow top cushion. Awful. Did not sleep. Bathroom drain blocked, shoer curtain bar dropped. Restaurant waitress (heavy lady on Oct. 14) was totally incompetant.<
Overall, a decent price for a decent hotel.
The lobby and other common areas were lovely, but the room we were in needed a bathroom makeover. Also--Starbucks wasn't open while we were there--disappointing!
Staff was very accommodating when the first room was in a smoking floor and we had asked for non smoking. They were are to move us to a non smoking floor.

Breakfast is easily improved with large benefits for all.
Loved the personl touch he gave me with sorting out my travel arrangement s. he was very knowledgeable of the best place to visit for value for money. he was patient and friendly. and also respectful.
The dining experience was poor. Disposable tableware in this age is a no no! Food option was basic and repetitive. I had to order in food a couple of times
Staff a little more attentive and aware of basic questions guests have
Dirty and old Sofa in a room, represents very poor quality of Hotel to be replaced right away. Restaurent was a mess due to construction. Holding and charging $ 50 extra than the advertised room rate is not a good practice .
Other than above the things were fine. Specialy free parking was excellent. Thanks.
Location and being able to set outside along the property.
Not having coffee made for us in the lobby. There should be coffee and tea given. If you pay 270.00 for 2 nights and you pay $24.00 for breakfast. Plus we ordered food from the bar both nights. Coffee should be offered
Manhattan view from the hotel. Easy access to Manhattan on bus; bus stop two blocks from the hotel. Easy access to some outlet stores; 5 minute drive.
It felt a bit isolated. Beds were very small and not very comfortable. The staff could have been more helpful. No restaurants or fast food places around. No breakfast offered. Wifi not very strong. They still haven't refunded the $50 deposit that they asked for when checking in; it's almost been a month.
Great place easy to get to Timequare
Besides a tub that wouldn't drain everything was perfect. Love the location to bus. Beautiful room for a an excellent price. Keep up the good work. Also love you stillhhave smokung rooms
Bathtub didn't drain.
Man at check in was very courteous, and the price was nice.
some one left my window open and the room my friends were in, the room had a bunch of mosquitoes in it, I killed three but there was at least one that got away from me. I only had a few hours to sleep so I just covered myself for the 4 hours I could get before I had to wake up.
Staff Proximity to Met Life Stadium Suite was large & spacious
The building needed work, things were in dis-repair. There were plastic bags, mattresses, broken pallets & other junk around the pool, discarded pizza boxes on the roof, floor carpet at 3rd floor elevator was taped, plexi-glass window panels were cracked in ours & many other rooms, bathroom had clear signs of flood or leaks, ceiling was stained & tiles under sink loose etc. We had a wasp's nest inside our room between the window & the curtain rail.
The only good thing was the swimming pool.
The rooms don't have fridge and coffee maker until you ask the front desk. My second night was all mosquitoes. They bit my daughter all night. I had killed a number of them and blood all over the wall and the pillows. The hall way to the room was had a rug that looked like it hadn't been swept in days. I stay in 316 for 5nights it was horrible. The only good stuff was that the front desk guys give me breakfast vouchers. The hotel doesn't have shuttle bus.
Reasonable priced, past her heyday but a grandam still worth a stay. clean facilities Friendly staff, with helpful information. Bus stop to N.Y. close to hotel.
Fogged window of room needed replaced. Bath room sink did not drain as well as it should, would have to let drain between shaving, and brushing teeth for about five minutes. This was reported, but not fixed, even though we called each day (3 calls). When told on checkout was given a discount for last night of stay.
Everything is poor Reception Room Windows isn't clean and covered by low materials

Location There is no bus after 11:30 if you were on Times Square.
We came to visit New York City and just needed a place to stay for two nights and the Empire Meadowlands Clarion hotel fit the bill. We liked being able to take the NJ transit bus near the hotel to New York port authority right on 42nd st in about 30/40 mins. Very convenient and cheaper than driving into the city. We will stay there again and in truth we go for the city not the amenities at the hotel
Extensive , noisy with à 12$ breakfast That I value at 3$ . There are better place to stay when visiting N Y
Bar service was horrible. Took forever to get food and drinks. Food was incorrect when it finally came out.
Fantastic location to Met Life Stadium
It was out dated and the room was dingy. Shower could have been cleaner.
Location is awesome. Love to stay in secaucus when visiting Metlife/ New York area.
Cleanliness(trash not taken out properly) The poorly lit, poorly signed parking structure Bed linens unclean
