Location. Close to family and right next door to a great restaurant, Reins Deli
Although it is very old looking, could use a bit of sprucing up.
The beds were very comfortable. Room was quiet. Great value for the money.
Need for better towels and supply of towels. Up date room keys for the both keys did not work properly by the end of the stay.
Old, falling apart, bed springs popped out of bed, room was freezing they unplugged all electrical appliances including heater. Homeless man in main lobby drinking coffee, nice they wanted to give him something but as soon as you wake up and go for the free breakfast not what you want to see. Breakfast consisted of total offering was five boiled eggs, some jared bacon bits, hart muffins & rolls and some cereal. Family owned hotel, but the family of many children ran rampid thru the lobby . horrible horrible hotel, I want my money back.
I book this hotel because all others were booked in that area
The location was hidden behind a restaurant in a strip plaza. The front desk person was unpleasant and was not available upon arrival. I had to press a doorbell and wait for service. I reserved a nonsmoking room and the front desk person said he had only smoking rooms.
Nice staff, good location, quiet atmosphere
Breakfast was not good.
It was quiet.
Tissues were empty. No pen in room to write with.
other guests yelling and swearing at 11 at night...called front desk got no answer..had to handle it ourselves. front dest was only available during check-in. My sister had to call twice to even book a room. There was no iron or ironing board, no closet and I won't stay here again.
