There was mold in the tub area; kitchen only had knives and spoons and there was only one roll of toilet paper.
convenient to Microsoft
uncomfortable bed proximity to highway noise external entry (motel) very dated - needs refresh
No sheet on bed
There were bugs in the cupboards and drawers. There were no dishes in the cupboard. There was mold in the shower. The room was not cleaned before we came. When I complained they merely looked at me and said "Well was there bedbugs?
It was convenient to the highway to travel east from the out skirts of seattle. It was nice to have a kitchen and large refrigerator.
Beds ok at best. Staff disengaging. Thought someone should have acknowledged apologize or even give a discount or future night stay as my sleep was abruptly disrupted when the building fire alarm went off. We had to leave the building for almost an hour at 4am because of another guest. No apologies and no acknowledge of the situation the next morning. My sleep was disrupted causing me to be exausted the next day with with a ringing in my ear. They just didn't care. That is not hospitality. An apology, discount, or future night stay should have been offered regardless of why alarm went off.
There wasn't even a cup for the coffee maker, or proper soap.
unfriendly staff, dirty premises, mediocre cleanliness of room.
Fine amenities clean room
Location was very isolated. Staff was rarely at desk. TV remote was broken. No cups for coffee maker.
Room design is good
No house keeping Service is not good No following up for problems Breakfast is very poor Missing tools (TV remote, kitchen tools)
Lack of service Lack of any in-room amneities such as a trash can TV only received about a dozen channels Uncomfortable bed and recliner
The Kitchen was about the only good thing in this room.
Only one sheet on bed and that was stained and had hair on it. Bathtub also has a fair amount of hair in it. None of the hair was ours. Staff did not seem to care about these issues.
Service desk was unfriendly. The room was dirty. We had to sleep on the floor because our room was downgraded due to overbooking and the extra pillows we asked for didn't even have pillow cases on them. Linens were dingy and looked dirty. Their breakfast consisted of expired muffins and oatmeal bars. I would not recommend this hotel.
Nice to have kitchenette
I booked a king suite ended up had to move last min to a far away location due to some leakage ruined all my plans came back was told i would get the room i reserved turned out to be a queen suite. Overall i was very dissapionted for all the trouble. And still got charged regular price!
Value and location were really good. Close to restaurants, shops and public transportation.
My guests had just arrived from Australia but hotel would not let them check in before 3pm. That's a long wait time for travelers from abroad.
Smells like cigarette smoke
Good location. Plenty of places to eat near by and easy access to I-90 and downtown Seattle. Rooms had newer paint.
Had to wait till after after 4pm to check in because rooms were not ready yet. My room smelled terrible! I had no toilet paper, no coffee, no remote for the TV, and no plastic drinking cups in my room when it was "ready". Sinks and bath tubs drained slow. There were cockroaches on the kitchen counter every time I turned on the lights in the morning.
Location. It was close to I-90, in Bellevue. It was a little hard to find (behind Honda Dealership up on a hill), but once found it was a snap to get to.
The bed was uncomfortable. The Staff seemed stressed + surly. Breakfast was all prepackaged foods. Door to our hotel room didn't close automatically and had to be forcefully pulled shut. It would look closed, but could be shoved open easily. Found this out in the way you absolutely do not want to find out (we closed the door, didn't obsessively check, and came back to find it had opened. we weren't robbed, thankfully). Plugs in the bathroom didn't work.
My second room was a deluxe king and it had everything. I was very satisfied.
Not a whole lot
Trash outside under stairs, dirty bathroom with hair in the tub, also hair in my towels, for a non smoking facility, ash trays under the stairs, overall for the amount I paid, I feel my money would have been better served to feed the hungry, I wish I had, oh one last thing my pillows smelled like curry, not bad if you're using it for cooking Indian food, not to sleep on
Bathroom sink couldn't be used as the drain was broken, smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by wire.
The price was fine 110 buck.... and we were in a bind for a place to stay.
The staff was rude the place was gross. I'm not even sure they wash the towels. Never again would I stay at one of these places.
Quick access to Issaquah and South Bellevue locations. Very clean and quiet.
Maybe all hotels touted as "long term" are set up this way, I don't know. But there were no hangars in my room (I did ask but never received any), no washrags (I wear makeup to work and would really like to wash my face!), no place to put toiletries in the bathroom, and the ironing board was broken. I was there on a work trip, and really needed those little "necessities" in order to get ready for work each day. Challenging.
clean quiet easy to find variable check in time
Staff could use a bit more customer service training No coffee in room No staff available to get coffee after 11:00pm Only 1 coffee cup "Free Breakfast" wasn't even comparable to a Continental Breakfast
I showed up to sign into my room. My room had been given to someone else. They decided to move me to a hotel 30 miles away. I had already spent $50.00 just to get to the hotel. No one reimbursed me for that. Never again.
I was shunted to a different location due to a plumbing problem. They put me in a smoking room, and I do not smoke. The smell was horrific and I could not sleep at all. There also wasn't a hair dryer, the iron didn't work, and the alarm was broken. So, the next morning I had no sleep, had to rush to get to my meeting due to over"sleeping", had to deal with rush hour traffic due to being shunted to a location 12 miles away, had wrinkled and smelly clothes to work in, and wet hair to boot. The experience was awful.
