The whole package. Clean, friendly staff, lady doing breakfast was very attentive. Room spacious. Good selection at breakfast. Could not fault it at all.
I was a single traveller on public transport so it was just a bit out of town but ideal with a car.
The location alongside I 90 would normally be convenient.
The restaurant/pub was closed on weekends but there was no mention of this in the notices. The only food/drink on the premises came from two vending machines one of which (the drinks) was out of order while the other was partially broken so that several of the items would not drop. The immediate location of the hotel is along a very busy road. There is one fairly narrow entrance which, when missed, can only be entered again by illegally crossing a double yellow line unless one drives in a long circle--a very dangerous thing to do in an unfamiliar town after dark in the middle of heavy traffic. There should be large signs highlighting the entrance and visible from two hundred yards away and not so low as to be covered in Winter by snow banks. The hotel should have at least one maintenance person to clean away the snow in front of the several entrances even if the main parking area has not been cleaned so that there was no place to park (which was the case when I was there). So on weekends you either starve at this hotel or venture out into the night to find a restaurant. Not a nice prospect after an eight hour drive. Last but not least...pay attention Booking.com... It may not be the hotel's fault but for the second time in a few months my booking of a Comfort Inn room through Booking.com, despite my having been given a booking number and a password number, was not on their computer. In both cases the hotel was not full and they were able to accommodate me. Is the problem with Booking.com or with Comfort Inns?. Who knows? But it is very incompetent and unprofessional and in many cases could have been a disaster.
