Very expensive for Marion,Ohio.
Staff was pleasant.
Tv was very old. Channel selection was poor. The noise level in the hotel is very bad. Air conditioning was loud and did not work well.
Hot tub and pool were awesome!!
The quick check-in, very comfortable beds (2 queen), extra pillows.
We were barely in the room when we received a call from the front desk (we were on the 2nd floor) saying that they had complaints from the first floor that there was excessive running and noise. The children ran into the room and that was it. The beds were high off the ground and we carried the children around the room when they needed something (potty etc.) so that took the enjoyment out of the stay. I even went down to the front desk to apologized even though the children had done nothing wrong and was greeted with a very cold reception. I had wanted to take the children to the pool but didn't want any more complaints as I knew they would get excited swimming.
