Nice sized rooms, great location, good front end staff. Very good value for what you pay!
Beds are not comfortable....but for those who like very firm you will like them.
Great breakfast, room, service, location, parking.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable but can't complain!
close to shopping close to restaurants close to Lynden Great Breakfast Clean
Very clean Beautiful room HBO WiFi Friendly staff
Breakfast area too small. Poor design to serve so many people in such a short time frame. Extending the time to at least 10:00 o'clock might help.
Quiet. Proximity. Price. Breakfast included. Smooth billing process. Air conditioner.
The wifi won't connect
Location for shopping.
Plastic plates & cups at breakfast. No milk in room frig.
Helpful staff. Quick response to fix a fluttering light in the bathroom.
Jetted tub didn't work. Very disappointing since I specifically booked this room for the jetted tub.
room was great. staff very nice
pool was too cold to swim in. would prefer foam pillows.
Breakfast was lean on meats
Free Breakfast, Super Comfy bed, and Whirlpool.
Small toilet for men.
Frankly nothing. I travel quite a bit and this property was not comfortable.
EVERYTHING is very out dated except the TV. The exercise equipment was horrible. The breakfast was weak at best. I'm embarrassed I spent my companies money at this property.
The staff was nice and helpful, though they seemed under staffed during the breakfast rush.
Our room was not clean. Couch was stained and jaccuzi tub was rusted/ dirty. Also, there was a middle school age baseball team staying, and they were running the halls above our room very late at night and early morning.
The manager on duty on the evening we stayed at Quality Inn deserves recognition of exceptional customer service. We happened to have a noise issue with the people in the room next door to us. We didn't realize at first it would be a big issue when we checked-in, but as the evening progressed it became clear to us that those people would be bother to their neighbors all night (loud TV, talking, swearing/profanities). We asked Mr. Joe Ferfa (sp ?) in the middle of the evening if we could still change rooms, even if just down the hall. He quickly checked rooms availability and accommodated our request, moving us to an identical room in a different part of the hotel. He did so with genuine and courteous professionalism. We were most appreciative of his assistance, and that made a difference between a terrible night's stay and a pleasant, restful night stay.
location and size of the room very satisfactory and breakfast was good
The location and reasonable room rate.
Excellent location (right by Olive Garden and TJMaxx). Free transportation to airport and parking for vehicle while away.
Friendly and accommodating staff..
The carpets in the room we were in seemed dirty, and smelled bad... I doubt they had been cleaned in years.
Location is great. We have stayed here before and enjoyed our time there.
Close to airport and continental breakfast was good.
Staff not helpfully. Parking has gone from $6 a night to over $10. For pay and park .much better deal near airport.
The staff were very friendly and courteous. The woman who checked me in was very accommodating and moved my room to a quieter area of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed had a nice comforter and many pillows. The wifi worked well but I had to keep joining it, which was a bit of a pain.
The room was advertized as having a kitchen. It had a sink, a microwave a coffee maker and some plates, bowls and flatware. I'm sorry folks, that isn't even a kitchenette. I was in town on business and had been looking forward to cooking some meals but that ended up not being an option. This is not a fancy motel, the carpets have seen better days and many rooms are accessed from the outdoors. The hot tub is in the courtyard and all the rooms overlook it and it is open to the weather. It was simply too cold to get there and back without freezing and the hotel does not supply robes. The door to the room did not always latch when closed and had to be fiddled with - I'm glad I checked before leaving for the day! Honestly, at $80.00/night I expected a bit more.
really nice hoyel
Stale smoke smell in the halls.
