Staff was friendly and very helpful, went out of their way to help me when my key card deactivated a couple of times. Also it was close to Effie burgers, that place is great.
Needed a low dresser for the TV instead of the giant amoire.
Easy to get to. Parking was ok unless you came later as the spaces filled quickly. Within walking distance to downtown. Nice having the fridge for drinks.
I didn't like the noisey Hot August Nights cars driving around the hotel. I was not prepared for that. Traffic directors were rude. Couldn't get to hotel or out to restaurant.
The location was excellent. It was close to a lot of excellent food places and the college.
The bed was like sleeping on a rock with a thick blanket on top and the shower was full of hair. The TV was from the 90's. Flat screens are cheap now people! One of the reasons I chose here was the continental breakfast. The bread items were stale and there was a LOT of fruit flies in the orange juice.
good bed, breakfast ok. Because of the heat the cooler had to run constantly - had a musty smell.
Stayed two night. Got clean towels, but didn't even attempt to make the bed. Why was that?
It was with in walking distance of old town Lewiston which turned out to be a really unique town.
Old style CRT type Television in cabinet that could not swivel for easier viewing while working at the desk. Took up a lot of floor space in the room.
Motel next to industrial building. Foul smell from paper mill in the area. Poor continental breakfast.
Old saggy mattress.
The room smelt really bad. And there were a lot of load people in the other rooms, not in a very good part of town. I would never stay here again.
I reserved a room on line.
the ad said pet ok and so when I went there they said only up to 20 lbs. It is 30 feet from a train station and on a median between two major roads. Paper thin walls. Will never go back there even if it were 10 dollars a night. The manager was rude to me.
Fridge and micro wave in room, staff friendly. Beds comfortable enough.
Breakfast advertised as full, but minimal, and only available 6-9 am. Only one of 4 lamps had working bulb. Room was very noisy, both from the street, and other guests. Walls very thin. Also, room not cleaned in between days.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Ugly neighborhood, cinderblock walls in rooms. Not good support in mattress.
the bed was hard as a rock; the walls were thin as paper; the window let in every road sound
Overall the stay was great.
The bathroom was extremely outdated, the bath door wouldnt close, shower plumbing was hard to achievr warm water. Not horrible, but unsatisfactory honestly. Needs some attention...
The room was spacious enough; the bathroom twice the size of a room in a comparable motel across the river! The only disappointment was no fridge as expected, but I managed. For someone w/o an alternative that could be a problem. There was an unplugged microwave & I puzzled to locate an outlet only to find it hours later halfway up the wall behind a lamp shade! Bed was comfortable; room was welcoming. Parking was a squeeze, but doable. I'd stay again if the price is right, like this time.
I'll make sure my room has a fridge as advertised next time. This time it did not.
Easy to find, on Main St. Very economical
Bathroom floor not cleaned, a few human hair strands in plain sight
