Very friendly and helpful receptionist
The welcoming attitude of the manager Raj who was great. The location was decieving from the outside but when you step in, the transformation begins.
I couldnt sleep with the pillows provided and couldnt figure out why.
Location. Staff. comfort. Overall.
The sink was chocked Have to use use flush three times .... each time to toilet !
The location is pretty central to all points Mammoth...I even walked to several places. Loved that breakfast was included. Staff was friendly and the entire facility was clean top to bottom. Most definitely will stay there again!
Very clean room. Updated. Bedding was nice, comfortable. Staff was friendly. We walked to the Bluesapalooza.
Outside of the building is so-so. Painted, but a bit run down.
The rooms were clean with updated decor. Bed was very comfortable. Spa was good size, just very hot for our use. Breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon & potatoes in additional to normal offerings.
room tempature was not very conducive to sleeping. Only had a stand-up fan for air circulation and no cooling.
I liked the location as it related to the event I attended.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. The location was hair behind the door.
Room was reasonably clean.
Public areas weren't very clean. No A/C and the windows didn't open and close properly with the screen being ripped. With the windows open you could hear people singing happy birthday at the top of their lungs at 2 am.
Got off the trail, booked a room and was having a shower within the hour! Front desk person was super friendly, helpful .
Not enough time yo stay longer!
Room is large and clean.
No good restaurant nearby.
The hotel has no air conditioning with summer daytime temps in the 90's, the room becomes an oven! You can open the window, but there's no screen, so you can't leave it open. The hotel provides an oscillating fan, but it does nothing to relieve the heat. We were told that when it cooled off outside the room would cool off. This happened at about 4 am. The hotel is also old and on terrible repair. Not at all what we wanted or paid for.
During 3 weeks of traveling this excellent hotel in the little town was the best place we stayed at. VERY nice personal staff, good breakfast, hot tub and good price.
Close to a couple of very friendly bars! Angels across the road was lovely
Breakfast was not great! Deco was dated in the hotel main areas
Old and outdated. No pool. No where to sit outside
Outstanding service and politeness from the manager. Great location-could walk to restaurants and shops. Good breakfast.
Room size, city life, free breakfast, hot tub (even if we could not enjoy it) , value for money
Nice hot pool/spa
Pool could be a few degrees cooler.
Staff very helpful. Great hot tub.
Food not replenished very quickly for breakfast.
Great staff, hot hot tub, comfortable room, easy access to Mammoth Mountain, hot items in continental brekkie
Although better than most, with eggs included, the breakfast was average
Newer beds and furniture, indoor spa that you didn't have to go outside to get to.
I reserved a king but when I got there they didn't have a king reserved for me, they said they did not get my reservation from booking.com but then logged on to their website and found it. Had to settle for 2 queen beds, wasn't a huge deal.
The place is being renovation but work is shoddy. First room the thermostat was on the dresser. It smelled like gas too so asked for another room. Next room did not have a shower mat and no suitcase stand. I had to grab that from the other room. The lobby had loose tiles everywhere.
Breakfast, room was clean and cozy. Close to everything we wanted to do; they had made arrangements with Econolodge for guests that wanted the hot tub
the carpet in the elevator was stained, old and ugly. The hot tub was broken :(
