Staff was helpful and friendly, location is close but not too close. :-)
Staff was very friendly. Lots of parking.
Smelled a little bit
The front-end staff extremely knowledgeable about the area and how to get from point A to B. Nice Breakfast! Great location!
Liked it ALL!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the big refrigerator. Beds were comfortable.
Friends and I were told by staff we were being too loud at 9pm when we were just chatting. We were glad to quiet down for our neighbors, we wanted to be respectful, but thought it was kind of odd that "quiet time" was before 10pm.
Location was great! Right by the light rail, only about 10 min into city center. A few blocks from the mall and fast food options.
The facilities are older. While clean, it would serve them well to do some update renovations.
Stinks, old, shower gross, carpet disgusting, noisy
Locality for moda centre great for concerts
Breakfast poor staff at breakfast rude
location close to Moda Center with in walking distance many resturants near by
facilitys in need of maintanace older property, but was still ok
Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful.
Outside needs refurbishing. Towels a bit shabby.
Convenient location to everything Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms have been updated and the bed was nice and comfortable
I wish I would have know we had to pay for parking. Shower was small Hallways were outdated.
Room set up was conducive for getting the work I needed to completed. Staff was very friendly, approachable, down to earth, and helpful. Breakfast offerings were more than I anticipated and the young gentleman in charge of the breakfast was very patient and kind while helping me figure out the waffle maker; he was also very helpful sharing a bit of useful information regarding a meal tray for ease of in-room breakfast transport from the banquet room and back.
VERY loud neighbors and walls seemed very thin; unable to rest because it sounded like there were 4-6 college-aged ( or younger) kids causing a raucous party-like environment.
Quailty Inn downtown location is very good. The direct public service to airport and to city centre. The reception staff are excellent and help you on your desire requirement.
Breakfast is O.K. and should be aid more in the breakfast menu.
Close to transit so easy to get into city center
Rooms were okay but hotel looked old & outdated. Tiny pool, no jacuzzi, closet sized "fitness room".
Easy access to downtown by car. Free wi fi
Elevator to second floor by garbage dumpsters. Breakfast ok.
The towels were nice.
The room smelled funny.
Friendly check-in service at the reception desk, my check-in was smooth considering I had booked only hours before!
It was clean enough... not great the people were nice and helpful.
old tired, stuffy scuzzy looking...?
everything was fine but we have seen better at this price range
everything was fine but we have seen better at this price range
The bed was really comfortable. Not bad value considering other hotels in Portland, but still felt like you were paying over the odds.
The pool was a lot smaller than expected. Ventilation in room was poor. Small $5 fee for car parking per day, which I didn't realise until I arrived.
The rooms are very clean and good value for money. The showers are great.
The breakfast is pretty standard for a cheaper hotel, but it would have been nice to have some healthier options e.g. non-sugary cereals more types of fruit and a larger range of cooked breccy.
We walked downtown which was a little bit of a hike but after a day on the road was what we needed. The place was clean and comfortable.
There was a heard of "bison" stampeding in the room above, or so it sounded. Good thing I had earplugs. The Wifi is very sketchy.
This hotel is in a decent location, we could easily get to downtown Portland using public transportation and there are some chain restaurants and drug stores within walking distance. The room was a little dated but overall it was clean and spacious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!
The room had a bad order,if we didn't Leave the air running.
There was a young man who was a front desk staff that was pleasant and helpful.
The manager was rude and dismissive. The hotel is dark and dank and smells terrible. The carpets were filthy.
