High cost for 2 nights
Location to downtown
Loud all day all night. Unprofessional front desk staff. Bad coffee. Unreliable computer in lobby.
That my room was clean n fresh towels each day
No breakfast due to a restaurant next door not everyone can afford to eat out each day
The WI-FI services was poor or non existant
Cleaning staff was helpful and listened to my requirements.
Having lived in New Orleans and Florida, and a frequent traveler, I expect hospitality at its best. This hotel is far from making my honor roll for hospitality. Apparently hotels in that area, charge a lot and offer very little.
Everything was nice and I liked the pool. I liked that it was close to downtown, but not right downtown. It was a very pleasant walk.
That the room did not have a small fridge in it. The pool closed at 10, there were two other families with kids plus myself and husband. When they came and asked us to get out, would be nice to stay open tell 11pm
I love the hot breakfast, the convenience, clean rooms, and over experience for the price!
Good location. On site restaurant offered good food at a reasonable price.
Dark room with a musty smell. No elevator.
air conditioner way too old - didn't really work. Bathroom is the smallest I ever saw! I thought Quality Inns had refrigerators! This one didn't - for that reason alone I would not book here. Limited stations on TV
Location, near the water where eagles could be seen. Restaurant attached with good food and prices. Got our park tickets but no discount.
Didn't see a senior discount sign but was able to have my bill adjusted. Not too sure of the water color in the hot tub? Couldn't see the bottom, off color. Didn't get offered discount on park tickets for staying with them
Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Short drive to town. Friendly staff.
On site restaurant food was poor, though the wait staff were friendly.
It is an older property that has been kept up. In our case we had a son with wife and child. We were given adjoining rooms that fit into our convenience of movement. Great!
The window was in a good place, but the screen was out of position from the outside. One would have had to call to have someone adjust and straighten it.
price, very affordable
Spacious rooms, very clean. Easy to find.
the location, the price
they wanted to charge me $10.00 more for by the pool. was not aware of that charge was not noted on the web site.
price, very quiet
This is a nice basic hotel in Sandpoint. Clean, not too much noise from the trains. Good value.
The pool was great.
The TV was bad. The bottom channels were all fuzzy and we wanted to watch HBO.
