Location Comfortable beds Good Wifi Nice Staff
a nice facility
but some distance from the main action in the heart of Williams, so to go to dinner or the Wild West Show or the shops, you have to drive into town and park.
It was clean and relatively modern
It was just a few steps from the view of the Grand Canyon.
A little older and rustic but really not too bad.
Breakfast area is too small for all the people there were. It was always crowded so we had to take our breakfast and go in our room.
I loved the location, free Wifi and breakfast. The staff was Very friendly and courteous.
There wasn't anything i did not like.
we had some problems with the neigbour room . The staff was helpful and able to change our rooms to quieter area. It was quiet and nice to sleep. Summary: nice to stay , to Grand Canyon south 1 1/2 h trip.
Location. Breakfast .
Hot tube did not work! Had to fix toilet. It would not stop running! A sign was on the tank to hold handle until flush was complete. It needs a properly designed handle system !! Not a sign!
Nice big rooms, comfortable beds, very quiet, good wifi
Carpets were full if hair, I asked them twice to clean it up but it has not been done, bfst area way too small and few options
Staff was very nice Room was reasonably clean Nice flat screen TVs Decent breakfast Located close to the small downtown area of Williams, AZ
Beds were somewhat hard. I was okay, but my mother and husband don't sleep well on such firm mattresses. Staff was unable to provide a mattress topper. We would have liked the option of yogurt without artificial sweetener at breakfast.
location was perfect, very close to everything. Clean room, good breakfast
cannot think of anything
The breakfast was awesome the staff was great beautiful views clean rooms and grounds
Tv didn't work the sound on some channels didn't work
Big, clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast variety. Fridge in the room.
everything. ease of checking in. friendliness
no refrigerator for those who need meds refrigerated
Ideal for overnight stay when taking the train to Williams.
Beautiful scenery and close to interstate and historic route 66
Trash blowing around outside and a weird smell inside the building
Room size Pool Free breakfast
one coffee cup for a family of 4? no nearby dining
Decent rooms and breakfast. They were a little over priced but it was a holiday weekend.
The toilet was clogged and they only had one person working so we had to unclog it ourselves and clean up. How do you only have one front desk person, no maintenance or housekeeping in the late afternoon?
Breakfast was really good exceeded my expectations, in term of choice and quality
Clean, spacious rooms. Quiet, or very well isolated for sound.
Breakfast facilities far too small for such big hotel. Because everybody wanted breakfast at the same time there were queues and no place to sit at all. Not even outside.
Proximity to Grand Canyon Local Restaurants Breakfast included Williams is an interesting small town with Route 66 and Railroad heritage
Wi-Fi too slow Swimming Pool not heated Altitude at 6,800 feet was noticeable on energy levels!
Nice pool and spa
Wifi, didn't work all the time. Not enough tables at breakfast time
Convenient location off the freeway.
Way overpriced for this old, unrenovated property. I feel gouged.
Easy to find off of I-40 and one junction along from the road to the Grand Canyon (1 hr away).
The breakfasts were awful with not enough tables for people to sit and eat. Guests were taking food back to their rooms or bagging tables with their stuff. It was a choice of long queues for the one waffle machine or doughnuts.
