Score from 53 reviews Good
Room was on the small side.
1. Excellent staff 2. Value for money 3. Clean Room 4. Location is good 5. Wi-Fi connection is excellent 6. Kitchen facility was good. Microwave was working nicely, but I did not use the fridge.
1. 2nd Room gets really hot at day time 2. Poor Quality of Free Breakfast
Old mattress, very old carpet, etc...
The room and location of the facility were very good.
The person on duty did not have the ability to tell us how to get to the hotel from the freeway. The shower in our room was really in need of a good cleaning and re-grouting of the tile.
Friendly staff Clean room A/C worked great
Wifi wouldn't work on phone Half the cable channels didn't work Bathroom light didn't work
Value for the money was good, and I liked that you could open the window for fresh air. It was a good location, very convenient for the purpose of our travel. They let us check out late for no extra fees. They offered room service with an extensive menu. I did enjoy the location of our room, as we were on a corner so only had one neighbor to our right and an upstairs neighbor so we didn't have to worry much about noise except from our upstairs neighbor.
The water coming out of the faucet and shower smelled foul. You could only put the A/C on level 7 or lower. The front office had coffee machines but no coffee in the mornings. They left us tissue paper with only one tissue in it, so we were out for the remainder of our stay. The window screen was busted out and didn't look very safe or secure. We could hear every step our upstairs neighbor took.
I appreciated they let me check-in an hour early. The wi-fi was great. The pool was clean.
No clear message on pets and the additional deposits. With words and body language made to feel very uncomfortable by having pets. Bed very very hard screaming baby put next to my room when there were other rooms available.
The price was good, the Wi-Fi worked well. Also the AC worked well.
Thin pillows, small parking lot with 3 or 4 spaces reserved. Asked for more pillows and they never came. My husband went back the next day to complain, then the pillows showed up.
The location was very convienant to access both of my daughters homes with ease and quickly. I also liked that my oldest daughter is attending PCC and I was able to see her college.
I would have preffered an upstairs room where I would have had a much better view of the mountains
First floor as requested.
Odor in room. Would have left the day I got there except they charged me for all 13 nights at once. Towel rack kept falling off wall for 2 wks. Looks like they wash & re-use Styrofoam cups... saw ring of someone else's coffee on a "clean" cup taken from a "new" sleeve. That was the last time I had coffee there in the morning! Skimpy on clean linens. TV has very poor, dark picture; I listened to the news instead of watching anything.
The service. The people at front desk were not friendly or welcoming
This provides a typical "motel stop" for travelers staying one or two nights; that is clean, close to the Interstate and central city. The price/value is good for a "no frills" overnight stay.
Breakfast bar was pretty pathetic.
The a.c. was great. The bed was comfortable. The staff was professional.
The bathroom was small and parking was a little spare.
The first room we were given had dirty bedding !!! Either of the rooms had air or a fan on , it was 105 degrees that day . It was so hot we couldn't sleep.
Location was good.
This is the 2nd time I stayed there this month. I believe in 2nd chances. Continental breakfast consisted of hard bread and a toaster. Lukewarm coffee no sugar or creamer. No butter, jam or jelly. No juice, no other breads or bagels or pastries. At 7:20 am was told they had ran out. Pillows were flat, sheets old and had holes. No bath tissue. Things did not improve since the first visit on June 14th. It was a joke. Will not stay there ever.
Close to U of A. Cold AC,
3rd floor. Noise from traffic
Everything was dirty
The location was good for what we needed. We needed to be close to the U of A. The neighborhood was not the greatest but was ok. There was no convenience stores nearby. Had to walk a bit to a circle K.
The air conditioning was not working very good. It was very warm in the room even during the night. Not a very good sleep.
The staff was very nice. We gad a lit if questions that they were able to answer about things to do. We will stay there again.
Refrigerator did not work. Would of been nice to have my drinks and icecream cold.
Location, value for money
Breakfast Area rather small, no tea/coffee facilities in rooms
The TV was ancient and blurry. Would expect LCD/LED tvs mounted on walls. HD is common place now. Also, information book was outdated and not matching their new rules.
The location was awesome. Close to the freeway yet not right off the freeway so kept you away from the noise. Best value for the money EVER!!! It was clean and quiet. The hotel was quirky fun too. It had a third floor that was like a lookout tower.. window in the bathroom, it had a nice refrigerator and microwave as well. There was a picnic table on the second level and the walkway area was spacious. There was a microwave outside too nestled into the wall. Not only would I stay there again, but I look forward to staying there again...it was actually fun. Don't know what the rooms were like on second floor, but I loved the third floor.
I can't say I didn't like something there. If I could wish for something, I would wish for the pool to be bigger and maybe a little more breakfast selection. However, for the price of the stay, I think everyone will be happily surprised.
Restful and quiet. Air conditioning was great! Just right!
The room was quiet and the price was right.
The parking was a bit tight for our van. Many spaces were for compact cars. One day our room was not made up.
