Score from 13 reviews Good
Friendly staff, good food in restaurant.
Work out room only had one piece of equipment that worked!
Comfortable, met all our needs
Right on the highway
staff was excellant
Location was great. Staff friendly.
There was hair in the bathroom and on the bed that did not belong to me or my husband. The carpet was dirty, the hotel is in need of a renovation.
Breakfast was good
The Phone didn't work, no cable channels
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient for our travels and It was surprisingly quiet to be next to the busy road. I felt very comfortable in the motel.
It just seemed dark. The décor was nice but the colors seemed too dark.
It was very clean and comfy I would definitely stay here again
I didn't like that they couldn't reach the guy Mike that drives the shuttle. The guy at the desk didnt even know is cellphone number and they didnt have a radio system not safe at all.
The staff from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. No attitude just a genuine desire to serve and help. They made up for any short comings the hotel may have and I would strongly recommend the hotel on the basis of the staff
décor is a little tired, could do with sprucing up
The quality of the building was good.
Breakfast could have been a little fresher - eggs tasted like thay came out of a carton.
Entrance light was out when we entered the room,so we had to find our way in the dark to a side table light. Hair dryer didn't work in the morning. Had front desk look into it the next morning, after arriving late the night before. light was fixed, not hair dryer. At check in (9pm), the staff just gave us the room keys, no information on breakfast or wifi services. when asked they couldn't be bothered to give me any info. Breakfast was extremely crowded at 7:30 am with a bus tour and soccer teams. They couldn't keep up with the demand and virtually ran out of everything, including dishes, bowls and utensils. There wasn't any staff to be found. We ended up leaving after 25 minutes and finding breakfast elsewhere.
Convient to the location I needed to be at the next morning.
the breakfast was a good.
The location, price, I can tell it was a very clean motel. It wasn't a 3 star hotel. The price was very high for this type of hotel.
Nothing special ... it was adequate and ok.
Room was showing wear and tear. AC did not work well. Room was dank and humid. Entrance was poorly marked off highway; confusing. Too expensive for the marginal quality.
Phil, the night manager, was extremely helpful. First he talked us into the entrance to the hotel as our GPS placed us on the wrong side of the highway. When the phone and wifi in our room didn't work, he moved us to another. He also provided us with info on touring the area.
The property was difficult to find when approaching from the south. My GPS put us on the wrong side the major highway that runs past the front of the hotel.
most bizarre- called hotel on phone day of for reservation and was told "totally booked". Decided to go to booking.com(my favorite travel website for hotel reservations) and was able to book a room for that night. When we got there the place was nearly deserted.
Getting off the highway to the property. Getting on the computer was not good at all
1. A better "Enter Here" sign 2. Our room was bitterly cold 3. The noise of the fan was a distraction throughout the night 4. The counter area in the bathroom was miniscule 5. The bathroom floor was sticky, as though it had been mopped with dirty water.
Breakfast was included in rate and the breakfast was good quality.
It's an old hotel and it showed. The carpet was worn and overall it showed its age.
The complementary breakfast every day was an added plus. Most hotels offer continental breakfast only. Considering the reason fir my stay...thank you!
I had to extend my stay for a third day. Inquired with desk staff upon my arrival(check in) and was told what to do. When I actually went through the steps to extend my stay, I was told everything was ok, did not need to change rooms. Went to work in the morning, came back to the hotel and could not get into my room. Was told at the front desk that I was to get my key rechecked anytime you extend your stay. This was not stated when I inquired that morning if all was well with the extention. That evening I received at least 3 if not more calls adking if I was still interested in keeping the room...each time I told that that I was already in the room. The last call... I was told that they reserved room 225 however I was told that I did not need to move from room 233. I stayed in my original room. My statement was slipped under my door and I was charged a different rate than was quoted by booking.com and the hotel itself. This issue was taken care of however; my last day at the hotel was not as enjoyable as my first two days.
Service was excellent. Food was very good.
Room was extremely clean. Very little activity and no noise.
The bathroom wash basin area was extremely small. The walls on both sides were very close and little space to store toileteries. The layout of this area needed to be larger.
Better breakfast (good for Americans), slightly different for Europeans
