Could hear conversations outside and in rooms. Street noise was loud as well.
Noisy neighbours (but only until 22:00h). No airco needed yet (March) - in summer it may be hot.
Good location along the light rail (Green Line) between Airport and Down Town center. By foot, Down Town center is only 24 minutes walk away.
Had bug bites after. If I brought bed bugs home going to sue them. Smelly filthy room. Cops came and hauled out resident in neighboring room.
Location was the best part and close to food outlets.
There was a meth pipe in the toilet of our first room and there was an exposed tack strip in our second room that my boyfriend stepped on. They didn't say anything about it and they didn't apologize or anything. Very rude people and terrible service.
There was a microwave and a fridge in our room.
No hot water the first night and couldn't get a refrigerator for our babies. Tried for 3 days to get one.
Location was very good for the price.
Value and transportation
Booking.com misslabeled the room type. Said it was a suite, but it certainly was not. Some weirdos were hanging out in the parking lot at 2am. I stayed in the car till they left.
Quiet,nice an warm.
First room I was assigned had not been cleaned or vacated. I could not stay connected to WiFi Many sounds in the walls
Drafty, (turned the heat on but because of the space under the door to the room there was no middle ground. Either it was too hot or turn the heat down a little, it was too cold). Also, I moved the bed and furniture around. (I do this sometimes if I don't like the layout. Just a personal preference). It was obvious that the cleaning staff did not move things to clean underneath though.
Decent price, big room, friendly staff.
It was all good!
The best part was the price! Everything else was good. I have no complaints
Good people, very professional house keepers, i loved that old mexican lady that cleaned my room
The room had a hole in the wall, peeling wallpaper and smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
Huge property. No even a complaint. Awesome property.
The staff is always spot on and know their job.
There was toilet paper on the bathroom floor behind the door, and the shower handle thing was chipped.
Check in was fast, and we ordered in the pizza which was good and good value.
Bed felt like laying on concrete, toilet would run off and on all night. Didn't have a great sleep and woke up in the morning to back and neck pain.
The staff was great, very helpful and courteous.
There was mold in the room, the carpet and furniture needed to be cleaned. Also they told me for 3 days that they would get me an iron and they could never produce one. They couldn't even tell me when it would be back. I am sure they never had one. It would have been better to tell me the truth, I could have went and purchased one. I would not stay there again for any reason.
Good Location to the Convention Center.
TV was very old and needing of being replaced ( picture was fuzzy and grainy) pillows were very small and uncomfortable, hard to manage.
Room was comfortable and set up well, and the shower had great pressure and heat.
We had bedbugs in our bed, totally unacceptable
This facility is one that rents by the week, so there were a lot of shady looking people just hanging around the parking lot, was uncomfortable surrounding.
The air conditioner did not work, the TV was an old analog and the remote only worked part of the time, the bed was a giant sinkhole, the pillows were lumpy, the shower was difficult to work, and worst of all the bathroom door could not be closed at all.
