It was awesome for me to stay at your hotel I love it nice people like family thanks back soon
Book a hotel here because they had a pool for the kids than found out when we got there it wasn't working! Would have like to known before otherwise would have booked elsewhere!!!!
Toilet running all night got up and fixed it myself
The front desk woman let us use her dryer to finish our only load of clothes. Some other visitors in the lobby were able to change some dollar bills for quarters for us.
2 out of the 4 washers were broken, one dryer out of 4 was kind of working. The sign on the laundry door said to see the front desk for quarters, they didn't have any quarters. Toilet in room kept running although we were able to fix it each time we flushed, the pool was "under maintenance" but we never saw anything going on with it. In the morning the breakfast was pretty poor. Served was oatmeal, muffin, coffee/tea and some apples/oranges that were not very good. Could have at least used some milk for the oatmeal or some juice or at least water to wash it down with, especially if you had kids with you.
Having a kitchen.
Having to walk by smoking people to enter the building. My last night, someone was setting off fireworks.
Walking distance to Fred Meyer ( wonderful ) supermarket, not far from city center
Breakfast - only granola bars, muffins and apples.
Front desk girl extended best service. Went out of her way to get my cable tv up. Very excellent location and price.
Weather too cold but walk into a nice warm room
Loved the price for the amazing room we got. The cheapest in town with an impressive room that included a kitchen.
The only complaint I have, which is insignificant, but the tv remote didn't completely work. But the hotel/room was amazing.
Overall hotel was great.
Need to add some type of oven to kitchenettes.
The fact that the kitchenette units did not have an oven.
The dog feces we had to walk through at the front enterance. The hndicap shower that wouldn't drain properly, making the entire bathroom into a slip/trip hazard. The heat that couldn't be regulated. The trash at the front enterance that wasn't picked up in two days.
We never ended up staying there. Reservation was messed up, had a confirmed reservation for a smoking room for 3 nights, only to find one was not available for the first night. We were going to switch rooms on the second day, but when we got in the room we found an unflushed toilet, unclean shower and tables with water rings in the sitting area. Went to front desk & got a refund immediately then went to another local hotel for our 4 day visit to Fairbanks.
Cook stove didn't work
