the shuttle drivers.
The employees were all so helpful and nice. The breakfast was a nice surprise.
I was not told my money was going to be held hostage for over a week. My debit card was pended the full amount of the bill when my friend and I split the bill on checkout. I did not know I would have the happen. I should have been told to use a credit card initially.
The staff were hardworking and extremely friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The drivers gave us excellent recommendations fir restaurants and shopping.
False fire alarm going off at 8 am
We wanted to check-in at 2:00, but our room was not ready yet. The staff made every effort to get the room ready as quickly as possible so that we could change for the wedding. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The mattresses and pillows on the beds were very comfortable, and we had a great sleep. Our only issue was the in-room refrigerator. This is a very minor thing, but the refrigerator was rattling and noisy on and off. Someone should check it out, and adjust the door. We had a great breakfast in the morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel! Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it!
The front desk people went out of their way to make us comfortable. We especially appreciated the free shuttle to and from the race track and the tips about Saratoga Springs.
It was all good value for the money.
Cleanliness, hospitality, amenities.
Really appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the track or city centre. All staff very helpful especially shuttle bus driver who pointed us in the right direction for bars and restaurants etc.
Room was clean.
Breakfast staff not as organized as other places we have stayed at. Food was cold, always seemed to be running out of things Anne slow to replace them.
The cleanliness of the Comfort Inn
Shuttle service was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good
A little overpriced
The comfort inn and suites was beautiful new and so clean. Would stay there again!
no hot tub small pool for the money
Requested and were given a-joining rooms. Pool was very clean and well-located, so although no lifeguard, it was easily seen by front desk and dining area through a large window. Felt safe allowing 3 grandchildren to swim in pool.
Nothing! Everything was great.
I liked the friendly staff and the water and candy they put out. The pool was OK too.
The price for a simple stained rug room was terrible. Our friends went to another hotel 5 minutes away for 200 less. We will be doing the same next year.
very convient for us
I think the price was high for the room
The affordable rates. Easy parking and access to town when suburban traffic stops. Shuttle service offered but not used.
Difficult to find on arrival..Is not in Saratoga Springs. Horrible breakfast. No service, staff in the kitchen not with the clients .Should be improved even if it means paying for a decent meal.
The staff was increadable. Going out of their way to accommodate all of our wants and needs. The manager Mike was very hands on and even drove the shuttle. We had 3 rooms all were clean and close to each other as I asked for when I booked. THANK YOU WE ALL LOVED IT.....
the willingness of the staff to help in any way
Convenient to I 87 and many nearby stores and chain restaurants. Relatively quiet setting in an otherwise very busy commercial area.
Room 305. Carpet in room not vacuumed; crumbs on the floor from previous guests. Called front desk about this. Housekeeping staff had left for the day but desk clerk came to room promptly to vacuum the floor. Door was not hung properly so security latch on door was inoperable. Not good for female guests or others who are especially concerned about in room security.
We came to see Phish at SPAC, returned to the hotel pretty late night. Staff had put out fruit and cucumber water for us concert-goers! Nice touch!
Best Western was right across the street.
After driving for 18 hours I reached the Econo Lodge in Chesterton Indiana. You are instantly greeted with a horrible smell in the room. My son came out of the bathroom saying that there were black stains all over the shower curtain. I immediately went to the front desk and complained about the mold on the shower curtain. As I waited at the door of the room, the front desk attendant stopped one of the room attendants and asked if she had cleaned my room. She responded by saying yes, all but the bed linen was cleaned. This was concerning, and as she was replacing the shower curtain I looked over at the A/C unit that was about a foot from the bed and you could see black mold all around the unit. I would not have been surprised to find a body under my bed. The first clue should have been the lack of vehicles in the parking lot. We were only in the room for 10 minutes, yet they charged me for one night. The only thing that saved our night was the Best Western right across the street.
Breakfast layout, chairs too close to buffet
Large variety of options at Breakfast. Air Conditioning system was fantastic.
clean and quiet
Despite specifically asking to charge room NOT on the card that was used for reservation, but on a different card, staff ignored the request. If 'one-use' tableware must be used, why can't it be compostable or recycable. The amount of trash piling up for a simple breakfast is appaling!!!
Very comfy beds and breakfast included in the price was much appreciated.
The room we stayed in on the first floor was very dark.
