The room they gave us after they twice gave us the incorrect room.
They put us in an incorrect room 2 times...It was a handicapped room and we wanted a room with a kitchen. there was rarely a manager to speak with and the staff was outside smoking more than at the desk.
Nice location and quiet at night. The staff was nice
Did not like the fact that we had to contend with the lack of warm water and electric locks not working properly. We were next to an exit door and several times people were knocking on the door. We would let them in because the front desk was not. We had to change rooms because of the key card not working in the originally assigned room.
The comfort of the room having it's own kitchen, living room
Poor WiFi signal, carpet was really dirty. I asked for washcloth twice they gave me big towels
A few light bulbs were out in the bedroom
This hotel is discusting.over priced.dirty and in terrible area
Noisy. Smelly. Dirty.
The bed was comfortable and the heat worked well
I did not like the location, the appearance, the old TV, the shower head, the overall hotel is out dated.
I liked how quiet it was being that it is on a busy city street. How comfortable and home-like.
I didn't like how I had to take so many stairs and the length in general to get to my assigned room.
The hotel is quite cheap and the staff is very friendly.
The hotel is 100 meters from a meth clinic. The rooms are in a desperate need of renovation (stains everywhere on the carpet) and I woke up with a very strong scent of marijuana in the hallway.
Bad smell, bad plumbing, bad heating, very bad sound proofing- Totally Rundown place. Stay away.
The room smelt of urine and other unpleasant smells. And it was obvious that the cleaner had never vacuumed around furniture for some considerable time. Door lock was broken. An internal door from bedroom wouldn't close. Broken Light bulb was replaced when asked for it to be repaired. Neighbours had screaming kids running up the halls and tv on very loud. This was our worst experience in America. If it wasn't so late in the day we would have checked out.
