The outside of the building looks dated, but inside, the room was large and beautifully redone. We loved it!
Breakfast was very minimal
Smaller room and bathroom like the 1970s
Wide room and nice bed.
WiFi is often disconnected.
kitchen floor was a little sticky
3 of us stayed in newly remodeled clean, fresh, comfortable roomy, 2 room queen ste. With Luxurious towels &. Kitchen/bar area. Definitely go again. 2 min. To Stanford med clinic & shopping. Best value in the area
I liked the customer service at their office.
The entrance of the hotel is not safe. Internet is too slow.
palo alto is pricey in general, this place is among the few affordable options in the vicinity of stanford
staff gave wrong directions to the laundromat, and was uninterested in giving information in general
The room was clean. The property was not overpriced for the area.Quiet on the nights we stayed.
The room could use some minor superficial maintenance. Paint on the door jamb.
Close to food establishments Close to my business
Way too expensive for what you got. Shower water temperature was inconsistent. Maid kept throwing out the WiFi password information provided. Can't really call the "breakfast" much of a breakfast. A single driveway into the complex
the staff tried valiantly to help.
high speed internet was terribly slow - or non existent. hotel was dirty - bed uncomfortable, room miniscule - a lick of paint and trendy sign does not make this a 'boutique' hotel! I've stayed in 7 different hotels in Palo Alto in the last few months - this is the worst by far.
Helpful, warm staff.
Depressing motel room. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows.
Suited our needs, close to Stanford. All hotels in this area are relatively expensive so it was the best value considering the location. Very clean; staff pleasant and tried hard to accommodate your needs.
Expect a small continental type breakfast selection; juice, coffee, cereal, bananas, sweet rolls. Nice restaurants very close by. On El Camino, so request room near back - much quieter there.
Cleanliness was its strong point. Room was large. Lighting was excellent. Bed was comfortable.
Chairs were marginal. Desk was terrible -- just a square piece of wood, and I work a lot at a desk when traveling. Breakfast in the lobby wasn't much. Mostly dry cereal. No place to sit. Newspapers not available for taking. Not a great value for the price.
front desk men was always ready on what do you need :)
the most hotels include bread in the free breakfast.... not in this they have more choices but for me if I include bread is more a complete breakfast
Friendly staff, Clean, Short distance from Stanford.
Breakfast was limited
Friendly staff. Good location on El camino real, the main road in Palo Alto. Big room and comfy bed.
The a/c is a bit noisy
Location is good, night clerk very polite.
Bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were past their prime. Only two pillows in the room. Toilet seat was loose also I paid more for a queen than I have for a king in the past.
the room The smell The service
I was there for the USC-Stanford football game, so this applies to a weekend stay. It was quiet and nice, as my room sat back from El Camino Real. The staff was friendly. The price was terrific. Fine A/C and TV and frig! Close to the college campus. Would I stay there again? Yes!
Minor gripe: the bathroom could have used a fan.
Breakfast was a joke Did not have a place to sit for breakfast DId not have facilities to justify 3 stars
Shower trash trucks form restaurant next door Street traffic Pretty tired place
The suite was perfect, rooms separated by a door. The location was close to Caltrain stop, close to Stanford campus. Quiet night. I look forward to a stay in the future.
Breakfast was light, few items, not elaborate.
It is actually a motel, but not a hotel. The rooms and facilities are very old. The breakfast was awful. It is totally different from how it looks and describes on their website.
