We were happy with the room. It was clean, quiet and very close to both venues we were attending that weekend!
The shower too FOREVER to get hot
Everthing was very good didn't have any problems close to everthing u wanted to see great place
Room was spacious and clean
It was under renovations but still was a nice place
Price, location, food, staff
Rm smelled musty, for a party of 4 no chairs to sit in, carpet dirty and torn bathroom mirror in suite a had bad spots . the sofa was torn and dirty. The room was not what we had expected, we stayed there before and the room was really nice, but we will be back
How run down the place. Know they are renovating but my room was very used. Linens very worn. Needs a lot of work.
Size of the room
During our stay, the building was beeing renewed.
The layout of the rooms
Needs deep cleaning, woodwork, doors etc.
The rooms where a very nice size, very clean and very comfortable. The staff where very friendly.
Location, staff was excellent, and hotel room was clean.
Outdated. Fridge was very loud (had to unplug to get some sleep). Furniture/walls/furnishings were very old and need updating. Wi-Fi is hard to connect to and very slow.
The rate The staff The location The shuttle option
Breakfast Beds uncomfortable
we arrived early After driving 9hours. And still had to wait 5 hours to checkin.
When I arrived after check-in, I was told there wasn't a room available yet. I asked what should I do, and the person at the desk shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't know or care. I left went across the street to the Staybridge and was provided a room at the same price, without a horrible attitude! My experience was awful!
The location was great. The room space was good and looked exactly like internet preview. Overall was clean with great breakfast.
The parking is too minimum and tight. Some staff were very rude. Cleanliness of our room during the stay horrible
Suite was large and clean. Not luxurious, but OK for a short stay. Breakfast was fine for a continental.
Long walk through dark-ish walkways to get to room. Exterior undergoing renovations, but I think basic layout is a problem-- somewhat like a cellblock.
I enjoyed the location because it allowed us easy access to everything in the area!
The housekeeping did not come to clean our room one night and when she did come, it was not cleaned well or additional towels were not left in the room. The front desk staff member, Patricia seemed really overwhelmed and communication between her and housekeeping seemed like it did not exist. Lastly, the room was way too small, in order to close the bathroom door, I had to move my knees to the side while sitting on the toilet.
The service is good. The hotel is safe. The room and the environment are generally clean. I enjoyed my stay.
The wi-fi connection needs to be improve upon.
great two bedrooms suites..
horrible customer service. they care about the money instead of customers. they over booked which caused us to walk from a hill down the street.
friendly & helpful front desk clerk and bellman.
No elevator & my room was on the 3rd floor. My 80 year old mother had to walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor. The fact that the hotel had no elevator should have been disclosed on the booking website. The suite had one bathroom that was located in the bedroom.
Clean room and bathroom. Quiet. Good breakfasts.
Poor wifi connection in the evenings. Swimming pool was (temporarily?) out of service during all 5 days I stayed in the hotel (early June, hot weather, I would enjoy it).
The staff is pleasant and helpfull. The. Suite is comfortable.
There weren't enough towels on two occasions the direct tv is the worst.
The location was fantastic
that the pool was not working
Not Much We ended up with one room of the three that was a good room except for the carpet and it was not in good shape. Also the folks at the desk were courteous and nice.
First of all they showed us reserving 5 rooms and we only reserved 3. We thought according to your site that we had 3 rooms with two queen beds in each room. Not true we had one bed and it was a double at best. We ended up paying more for a room for one family because they had two small children and needed two beds. The pool and hot tub were closed the entire time of our visit and the outside of the building looked awful. They were under renovation and that should be stated on the website. Two of our rooms were in the very back dark side of the complex that seemed more like a dungeon. We only got maid service one time and the workers on the grounds and maid service did not speak English enough to communicate with. My family ended up spread out all over the complex and wanted to be close. We could not get the wifi to work at all. Just an overall very big disappointment. We don't get to be together often and wanted it to be special.
The suites were very roomy and private.
Had no cell phone reception.
Was close to my training and clean. Good value.
Parking - saw several cars with local plates?, several juveniles hanging around lobby and outside on park benches - thought they were friends of someone who works there (felt uncomfortable). No hot water until 6am - had to leave early a couple of days and didn't have any hot water for shower.
Very large, comfortable room.
Third floor. No elevator. Difficult climb after ankle surgery.
