Score from 171 reviews Excellent
The size of rooms
My toilet was clean when I got there but it was corrected
Sound sleep, friendly staff, decent breakfast
One non smoking room smelled of smoke but that is it
The breakfast area was well maintained and well stocked every morning. The location was great! 15 minutes to the Edward Jones Dome. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the night staff.
No hot tub. Wi-Fi connection was horrible! Had to get my room keys re-keyed every single night...
It was nice to see how involved the manager was. She worked like the rest of the staff. The staff was super friendly & the hotel was nice, it had been recently remodeled. The breakfast was very good & both ladies kept things clean & filled. Night staff was very friendly.
The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the size of the pool. It was a little small.
The bed was very comfortable and the available tv channels.
No conditioner, my only complaint!
When we checked in the staff were really friendly and very helpful!! Made us feel very welcome. The cleaning staff very friendly too.
On Sunday morning when we checked out on July 6th the girl working the desk was almost rude. She acted like we were bothering her. Maybe she was having a bad day but she needs to work on her customer service skills.
When we checked in the staff were so friendly and helpful. You should be very grateful that you have the staff you have, from desk clerks to cleaning staff, except for the Sunday morning girl.
When we checked out on Sunday morning July 6th the young lady working the desk was not very friendly. She acted put out that we were there. She needs to spend time with the afternoon and evening staff to learn how to be a people person.
Near Downtown St. Louis. Nice breakfast. Observant, helpful and friendly personell.
The room smelled after smoke and the carpet needs a shampoo.
Staff was even better than we have experienced in Vegas hotels. Courtesy and responsiveness were astounding. The breakfast was a very nice bonus!
Location was not a good choice for a quality hotel of this caliber
Staff was very helpful and even stopped another guest who tried to get a key to one of our rooms! I think her name was Cheryl.
Pool needed cleaning and floors near elevators were dirty. Hotel was undergoing renovations.
The room and staff was really nice.
Took the ac a while to get cold
Stayed there with a team on our way to St. Louis. We reserved 11 rooms and check in went very smoothly. Beds were very comfortable and brand new and clean bathroom.
The hotel was under renovation. All the room numbers were tacked to the door with duct tape. The trims were all missing. There was barely any mention or notice about them renovating. The hotel looked ghetto at first. The actual room was ok though.
The reception from the smiling employees, the immediate response to our questions, and the very clean room at all times. The free breakfast was a plus for my grandson (he loves eating). The easy access to downtown St. Louis.
The painting and hall-way rug cleaning (these irritated my grandson's allergies)
Not much honestly
It was in middle of the remodeling upstairs, it smelled like urine, suppose to have 24 hour service and I tried calling got no one, a lady was needing service and couldn't find anyone, the air unit was working when we left for a couple hours but didn't work when we got back and that's when we couldn't find anyone, grungy looking
The staff was terrific!!!!
The location was good
I paid cash so I had to give a $75 deposit but when I went to check out they claimed I never gave them one! I would never recommend this hotel to ANYONE. I'll tell them Trails End is just as nice for half the price and they won't get ROBBED!
I thought that the young man on duty did the best he could to help us.
The first room we got was not what I had registered for a few weeks before. Someone had smoked in it and it was not as clean as it should have been. They moved us to a better room, but the bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor and the mirror was spotted and streaked. I was disappointed in it a little bit. I had trouble with the wi-fi. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The bagels were old and the bread was not fresh. The gravy was put in a crock pot, but was not turned on. I went down at 6:00 a.m., and back down with the people that I traveled with and only saw 1 person checking on everything.
Good stay no real complaints
Bacon for breakfast would've been better than the sausage. Other than that great stay
Great value. Very friendly staff. Great hot breakfast.
Smoky smell in hallways but the room was fresh and clean.
Clean, comfortable, no smoke, very good value for money, acceptable breakfast, friendly staff.
Location not great.
The comfort of the bed
The bathroom was dirty never cleaned with dirty tub, old used soap, dirty floor, hair in sink, dirty toilet, and not enough towels and wash cloths.
Staff, size of bed, free breakfast
No hot tub, small pool, tv channels were missing
