Night staff is awesome
Bed covers was dirty with blood stains
The proterty and rooms were really clean. The staff was really curteousy.
Room 313 has a very noisy heater. Everytime it turned on, it squeaked. The manager changed our room, but somehow it was not marked in the system. That night the front desk assigned someone else to the room, but it was all straighten out.
Nice staff Good breakfast Flat screen tv Fridge Seating area in room
No hot tub Pool not heated Ran out of breakfast too often, 20+mins to replenish breakfast
Close to St Louis but quite and not too busy. Good spacious room plenty to eat breakfast. Helpful staff.
Toilet was not clean when we arrived in room. Breakfast gravy was scorched from crockpot and ladle was crusted over with drying gravy.
I like everything from the service to the stay and the hotel.
When you walk through the front door staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable
The breakfast could have more fruit options and the sausage was over cooked maybe have different selection
It was clean although obviously a recent remodel.
The location was out of the way and in a rough looking neighborhood, giving us a feeling of angst for our belongings that needed to be left in the auto.
Spacious room, friendly staff, comfortable bed
TVs need to be upgraded. Arrived late and had to change rooms because air conditioner unit was open and missing handle. Wouldn't work. When you arrive late you just want to settle in. Front Desk staff was excellent in taking care of problem and switching us to room across hall but in this type of hotel housekeeping should have noticed and reported problem..
Location to St Louis
No breakfast was ready for us, left and got breakfast somewhere else. no wifi in room, very loud by back door. Traffick out our window loud.
The ENTIRE staff was very helpful and kind. I was very impressed.
Great staff and great breakfast Location close to the Arch Rooms were clean Nice pool
Hot Tub discontinued
The pool and continental breakfast
Our room had dirty towels and beds unmade when entered facilities.
The size of rooms
My toilet was clean when I got there but it was corrected
Sound sleep, friendly staff, decent breakfast
One non smoking room smelled of smoke but that is it
The breakfast area was well maintained and well stocked every morning. The location was great! 15 minutes to the Edward Jones Dome. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the night staff.
No hot tub. Wi-Fi connection was horrible! Had to get my room keys re-keyed every single night...
It was nice to see how involved the manager was. She worked like the rest of the staff. The staff was super friendly & the hotel was nice, it had been recently remodeled. The breakfast was very good & both ladies kept things clean & filled. Night staff was very friendly.
The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the size of the pool. It was a little small.
The bed was very comfortable and the available tv channels.
No conditioner, my only complaint!
When we checked in the staff were really friendly and very helpful!! Made us feel very welcome. The cleaning staff very friendly too.
On Sunday morning when we checked out on July 6th the girl working the desk was almost rude. She acted like we were bothering her. Maybe she was having a bad day but she needs to work on her customer service skills.
When we checked in the staff were so friendly and helpful. You should be very grateful that you have the staff you have, from desk clerks to cleaning staff, except for the Sunday morning girl.
When we checked out on Sunday morning July 6th the young lady working the desk was not very friendly. She acted put out that we were there. She needs to spend time with the afternoon and evening staff to learn how to be a people person.
Near Downtown St. Louis. Nice breakfast. Observant, helpful and friendly personell.
The room smelled after smoke and the carpet needs a shampoo.
Staff was even better than we have experienced in Vegas hotels. Courtesy and responsiveness were astounding. The breakfast was a very nice bonus!
Location was not a good choice for a quality hotel of this caliber
Staff was very helpful and even stopped another guest who tried to get a key to one of our rooms! I think her name was Cheryl.
Pool needed cleaning and floors near elevators were dirty. Hotel was undergoing renovations.
The room and staff was really nice.
Took the ac a while to get cold
