WiFi sucked, water pressure.
I have to say, after reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous to stay here! I'm so glad I went with my guy instinct and booked it anyways. As soon as I got there the room was not yet ready (I was a couple hours early) however, the front desk lady (Shea) was AMAZING! Not only did she give us waterpark passes to go to until our room was ready, but she was bubbly and very nice. We decided to grab a drink and lunch at Thirsty Pony, make sure you get their wings! They are awesome! Luckily our room was ready by the time we were done, but we were being upgraded for free because we were not traveling with children (it was a hot tub room). The room was your standard Jacuzzi room, it doesn't have a fridge as others have mentioned but for the price and all the amenities you are offered at the hotel... Can you really complain!? We did have some rain the first day and at the end of the second day. We were almost excited because we got to try out everything the hotel had to offer! No, it's not a water park you would find at a $300 a night resort, but you aren't paying that here either.... We decided to check out Castaway across the street.. and I'll tell you... The rooms aren't any better over there (for $300 or more a night) their water park is about double the size though. So, in conclusion, if you want a fun place to stay where the kids can have fun after the park and so can the adults, on a budget, stay here! We will be back, if nothing else because Shea was amazing!
