Then hotel was very clean, lovely comfortable bed and we enjoyed a yummy breakfast with a lot of choices of what you could eat. Staff were very helpful
No airport pickup
Good location for travellers for one night.
Very depressive district for long stay.
Very friendly staff, good breakfast, free airport shuttle, comfortable room
Small-ish room, not a great area
Beds Showers Shuttle
Nearby airport Stuff friendly ,advisable Room Breakfast
Free shuttle is available almost any time - do ask Very welcoming Very close to JFK
Traffic noise if you have a front room - though I slept well anyway
The room was very small, for the amount of money they were asking, plus the area is like ghetto. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything that happens in the room next to you. No restaurant in the area.i was waiting for shuttle for over hour,Breakfast was very poor.
This hotel was perfect as we needed to stay overnight by the airport on our way to Africa. I can't complain.
Clean room Wifi
It's not in the airport area but a little far away
The breakfast and the tv saying good morning to me
Lack of restaurants nearby
staff, neat small but cozy room, clean bathroom, free wi fi,decent breakfast
no direct telephone to call hotel for shuttle had to ask an airport employee
hotel recently updated, best night sleep I had in a long time... bed was Great !!
no quality places to eat nearby
Courteous and helpful management, swift shuttle pick-up, short distance to the airport - perfect for my purposes.
The hotel is fairly close to JFK and we arrived late so it was ideal for a one night stay. There is a free shuttle from the JFK Airtrain which came when we rang and asked to be collected just before midnight. The room was at the back of the hotel and was quiet with a large comfortable bed, plus large shower in bathroom. Breakfast was included and there was a good choice of hot and cold items. Staff on the reception desk were helpful and friendly. Caught a bus right outside the hotel to the subway to take us to Manhattan. Good value for money in New York but don't expect the Ritz!
Out of the way if planning to see New York as several miles from the main sightseeing areas, about an hour from midtown Manhattan by bus and subway and awkward with large suitcases. We travelled as a couple but I wouldn't have felt comfortable in the area if I was travelling alone late at night.
This hotel is in a ghetto on a big loud street. I did feel safe in the hotel but wouldn't have walked around outside. Reminded me very much of India, but not in a good way. The room was extremely small, although quite clean. This kind of hotel should cost at least 50% less. New York (&airport) hotels are expensive, but it might be worth it to spend even more if this is what you get for the price. Would NOT stay here again!
The location is great particularly if you got a early flight to catch. This hotel also offer a airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, the driver is really friendly and it only took about 10 minutes to get to our terminal.
wifi is bad, almost no connection. Also front dest customer service is poor.
Free courtesy bus is very handy. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good wifi. Good clean room although it's a bit crampy.
Small bed room and crowded breakfast room
Location Shuttle Comfortable Clean Was only there for a quick 6 hour before a flight but was great
I arrived Late. Shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of calling them. Breakfast was awesome. So much value for money. Comfy big bed. Definitely stay again.
BAD ROOM SMALL ROOM
The room has al you need for one night, is clean and confortable. The airport shuttle was prompt.
The breakfast is modest but decent.
- Free shuttle pickup from the airport. You need to call them when you are ready to be picked up from the Federal Circle airtrain station and then wait about 10 mins. - Breakfast was best ever, basically a normal home breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, tea/coffee, etc. - Everything in the room was clean and worked fine.
-Not really a major minus, but we asked at the reception for menus/contact details of takeout food providers (we arrived late and wanted to get some food delivered to the hotel). They had 3 options, two of which were generic junk/american food, and one was indian. We went for the indian, and the food was ok, but way too expensive. We were charged $35 for one curry+nan + 2 teas, even though from the menu it looked like this set should be no more than $23. So it would be nice if the hotel could suggest a wider variety of menus, and a better and cheaper indian takeout food too!
Breakfast. Wifi. Lovely room.
Would love more space in the room.
