    Well located

ABSOLUTELY NOT friendly employees, VERY noisy (neighboors up and side, door etc). Earplugs required. Not acceptable for the price. Breakfast poor, and served in a tiny place.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The beds were uncomfortable. Some of the lights in our room didn't work. The wi fi was so poor we couldn't use it.

the rooms were nice and clean,

I was charged $100.00 more than I was quoted online. The staff said I would be refunded the $100.00 dollars. This has not happened yet.

Great location! Staff were very friendly. We have the cart loaded up & this hotel does not have an elevator. The staff was kind enough, without us even asking, to change us to a first floor room upon check in. Nice pool. Great having seating upstairs for breakfast in addition to downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, neat and new. The pool area was clean and the water was actually warm enough to swim in. Breakfast was fine, but seating is very cramped unless you want to take your plate upstairs to overflow seating.

Coolish check-in. Staff didn't want me to use my debit; apparently the 50$ deposit takes a long time to show back up in your account (that's true, haven't seen it yet). They did relent when I pressed it, but were not warm and fuzzy. Cheaper than comparable motels, but still spendy for a Sleep Inn.

Breakfast was ok and at least they offered it. Wi-fi was good. Moab is extremely expensive no matter where you stay. Sleep Inn is like a high end cheap hotel, but in Moab it is way too much money for what you get. The staff seemed unhappy, They probably get tired of hearing how expensive they are for what they offer. :( a good thing Hot water and coffee anytime. :)

I don't like hotels that have a lobby that you need to drag your stuff through. I really didn't like they charged a $50.00 deposit for possible damages. It took about three days to post the refund to my account. You can see big gaps in the doors to the hallway. Second night sounded like someone was moving furniture above me. Called the desk at midnight to let them know it was time for the people above me to go night night now, no problem, noise stopped soon after.

Nice, clean, walking distance to downtown

Directly at main road. A little bit noise.

We liked the size of the room and the breakfast. Even though it is away from the downtown area, that's not all bad. It was quiet at night.

A bit pricy for this area and outside of the downtown area.

Felt more like a hotel than a motel, but you do pay for that.

Pretty horrible coffee. No stairs. Could pay cash because I'd booked online (though the same lady told me I could when I checked in)

Room and hotel was nice and well kept.

Front desk generally friendly except the lady at check-in. May have been a bad day. Wi-fi was out due to external incident so not really the hotels fault but I really needed to get work done so frustrating
