They said they had a pool it would have been nice, besides that it was cool
For the rate, it is what it is...location is great for i70 access, as well as if you're partying at Class Reunion lol
The room was clean and ready upon arrival. Good but nothing out of the ordinary.
The bed was quite uncomfortable
Staff at the desk were friendly.
Somewhat unkept! Carpet (dirty everywhere) lampshade broken a light bulb missing. Was uncomfortable letting them make a copy of my drivers license. Not sure what they do with that info. Asked him if they destroy it after I check out and they make sure I didn't destroy anything and he really didn't answer.
Not much to be honest.
The hotel charge us about 35 dollars more than we booked it for online. It was very old and worn, needs a lot of work. Surprised health department hasn't shut it down. Will not stay there ever again.
The cleanliness was absolutely amazing.
Poor water pressure in the shower. Lack of hot water in the shower regardless of what time of the day we showered. Another guest was blocked in in the parking lot and was honking his horn at 6:20am to wake up the owner of the vehicle to have it moved. When I contacted the front desk about it they were aware of it and did nothing to stop it. The horn honking went on for over 30 minutes.
Liked that it was not noisy.
The beds were uncomfortable. The steps leading to the second floor were rusted and falling apart. The ac unit only worked if it was on full blast. You could not control the temperature the knob didn't work. Description of room said flat screen TV, it wasn't one. Then when I went to take a shower there was no hot water at all.
I liked the location of the hotel from the event I was attending was. The price for two nights in a double wasn't bad either.
I drove up from Austin so requested a early check in at 2a.m. , I even called the hotel before my travel date to make sure they could do this and they said YES but NO. I had to check into another motel and spend extra money for one night , than wait til at least 2 p.m. to check into the Econo Lodge. Water wasn't very hot either.
Plenty of parking for large vehicles, near many places to eat and not have to drive.
I was told I could not get a room assigned before 3PM. First hotel that ever did that to me. Most are happy to fill a room quickly.
