Tiny room for the price, felt like a dorm room. Staff was less than professional, considering the price. No ice or water, no mini bar.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, and furniture/decor was kept up nicely. Nothing broken. It was clean.
Did I have a bad experience? No. The room was cozy, but it was my friend and me. We're both small girls. And honestly, who goes to NY to stay in a hotel. It was a perfect fit.
The room was well-decorated and extremely clean. The staff was great, and the location was fantastic!
The hotel only has 1 luggage cart for the 19 floors of rooms, ( ridiculous)Rooms are entirely too small, compared to other locations, I.e. San diego
Location was fair
The curtains were had several stains and there was someone's cut finger nails at the edge of the bed
No hot water!!! They said you need to run the water for awhile open the sink faucet as well for hot water. I checked out the following morning.
We loved the staff. They were attentive and friendly. We would love to stay again.
The rooms were too small
The staff was very professional and helpful.
The staff upgraded me from a king to a double bed which was way more spacious
Book through the hotel and not booking.com. Somewhere along the way, my reservations got cancelled even though booking.com sent me a confirmation e-mail and e-mails throughout my trip trying to get me to "extend my stay." I was very aggravated. Luckily, the hotel honored the reservation, but I received a queen bed instead of my original booking of a king bed,
The hotel is close to subways and in a central area. We stayed during the week so it was relatively quiet. There was construction going on across the street which woke up my boyfriend, but I slept through it. The hotel was very clean and the decor was cute and modern.
No full size tub for children but we made due. Microwave would have been a plus. My price did not include breakfast. but good deal regardless
Very clean and spacious. Mini fridge convenient.
Website indicated nice views, but all I saw was abandoned buildings and construction.
The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
- The service levels of staff were depend on the person. Some were so nice,, some were... - The cleanliness was not so good, surface is OK, but I had to endure other person's hairs sometime. - Coffee maker was also not clean. Something were inside, so I tried to clean, but gave up...
- Nice location, there are many stations near by. - Calm and reluxing air.
Small rooms but we only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal. I'm guessing the bigger the bed the more accommodating the room size.
The overall quality of the hotel was great. The customer service was great even though they had a hard time finding my reservation from booking.com. The bed was so comfortable!
room a bit small
micro-fridge in room, great flat screen tv, staff friendly and attentive
Everything other than the free coffee and tea was lousy. The shower leaked everywhere, the bed was tiny, false fire alarms went off half the night, there was oil (I hope...) all over the floor, etc etc etc.
The free coffee and tea tasted good.
The staff was super accommodating and even bumped our room up to a double completely complementary as we had my sister join us last minute. Before during and after our stay the staff was very helpful over the phone, in person and via email.
Small but so comfortable and clean. Staff so nice.
People are friendly.
the heater was quite loud
location, very comfortable bed
All staff at the front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful. I called them in the middle of the night (jetlag) for coffee cups and within 5 minutes someone was at our door. Another time we had a problem with our showerhead and it also was fixed very quick! I would surely stay there again!
Room was small but king bed and fine for a place to sleep, shower & fun! Bar downstairs without going outside.
The bed was hard and a bit difficult to sleep on.
I liked the price and how it was easy to book the rooms we needed. The location of the hotel was great! We were greeted quickly and in our rooms in no time at all. Room was very clean and quiet.
Room was small.
The decor and comfortable bed.
But a lot of noise by crowd in the lobby, then people on our floor shouting and slaming door at 3 am
Proximity of what we wanted .clean
If you stay more than one day, the sheets are not changed and the shower cap is not replaced. Keep that shower cap.
The location is perfect. I stay here often, and generally everyone is very nice.
