I like that the hotel is right in the middle of downtown Brooklyn. Lots of shops down the street.
No vending machines in the hotel. Had to go next door.
I love the bathroom and the windows
Room was toooo small
I enjoyed my whole experience!
Room was a little small
Very comfortable, great location.
Room was very small, queen room was too tight and close together.
Good price and nice place. Big room/lots of space for NYC. The restaurant/pub downstairs was delicious too!
The woman at the front desk told us that the difference between Valet and self-park was that we could exit multiple times with valet but we found out it was in fact the opposite. We didn't end up needing to take the car out but being that it was more expensive to do valet, we were disappointed with her misinformation
Great staff as theyade everything right during storm Juno
The Hotel was clean...Its in an excellent location and has a connecting bar/restaurant...
The room was tiny
Very clean. Great staff. Fantastic having a bar downstairs. Free apples for people staying was a nice touch. Location was excellent.
Bed was a little stiff, but fine if that doesn't bother you. Hard to get around to one side of the bed...lots of shuffling practice there.
Great location, super clean, stores all within walking distance and only takes a few minutes to get to them and the subway is less than a five minute walk away for easy access to Manhattan!
Great shower head. Nice side for the room.
I did not have the option to choose my room @ check in as stated. The check female busy deciding how many rI om they had to check in. My room was to small and tight walking space. Workstation was too small. My view was bad and construction was going on which was noisey. The bed was very uncomfortable and the evelavtor was slow and being work on @ check out.
The room was small, but fabulous! The furnishings were very chic. The bathroom had a great glass shower!
The room was smaller than I expected, but I was in Brooklyn so I won't complain too much!
The front desk staff was super friendly!
Brace yourself the hotel is very cute but the rooms are tiny. Also the restaurant attached to the hotel had a serious disconnect between what was listed on the menu and what the kitchen actually sent out as the item. On both instances they charged me an up fee to provide the item as describe on the menu????
Once relocated we were ok, but had to fight for a different room as hotel was fully booked. We had a guaranteed pre-paid room.
The original room had thermostat set on 80, but room temp was 60. At first, we were offered extra blankets! Then we were offered a reduced rate. It took 90 minutes to finally get settled in a heated room after an evening check-in.
The view was beautiful, and although the room was small, it was decorated nicely. The staff was particularly accommodating. I'd stay again.
My room was particularly small, the 'closet' space had might as well been non-existent, and if it had a microwave it would have been great.
comfortable bed, cleaness, close to subway, facility
construction view, no brush
Great location. Easy to access using mass transit. The linen was pleasantly inviting and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Parking was tricky and expensive. We were unable to access the outdoor space to our room because we couldn't open it.
location was great!
all was good.
Rooms are to small
Possibly the most comfortable beds we've stayed in. The diamante print on the ceilings. Friendly staff.
I like the customer service as soon as you enter the hotel. The staff was respectful and helpful.
I believe a microwave is a mainstay in any hotel.
The room was very cozy and the location is great.
Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. I asked for quiet room and they made sure i got one.
The rooms are way too small. There was barely any walking space.
The Double Queen is a better choice for the room. Bigger size. The bathroom is nice.
Heating fan too noisy, the same of having a Boing 747 in the room. The breakfast is not included for real. You get only a $15 coupon daily, for the room. Windows are not sealed. Cold air continuing entering the room.
- Friendly and polite personnel -The food at the pub is real good -Location is 15-20 min by train to any main area like soho, broadway etc - New renovated hotel - good if you like getting cozy and romantic to be honest
- Small room and since the window drapes were filthy I was scared to touch them while going around the bed. * I was told they need to order new ones, but still it's not a good view when your sleeping and you dont know what liquid or what ever stain is on the drapes. Why not just clean them? - Noisey street sometimes - Light little sweep on the floor would help but not a big issue * Other then the above mentionned, everything else is clean
The rooms are too small for the money. We had a queen bed next to the curtains, then there is a place place to hang clothes. No place to put a suitcase, small desk, no even large enough to put a computer, we had to put things in the window for space. Bathroom small too.
Restaurant was ok and goons dtinks
