Room was very small but clean and comfortable for the price.
Sketchy neighborhood, construction, poor parking facility. Bar next door seems to encourage some questionable clientele around 2:30 in the morning.
I like the location... I like the room service I like the the staff
I didn't like the space..very small for the cost. No microwave.
Beds sheets shower coffee maker and coffee view
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. The rooms decor was lovely and the modern bathroom was very nice as well. It had a great roof top terrace. Close access to the Metro lines, shopping, restaurants. All within walking distance. Overall, it was a lovely establishment and I would recommend to anyone.
Stylish decor and huge, comfy bed. The area was buzzing when we arrived on a Friday night. Easy walk to the Brooklyn bridge, which is a nice introduction to NYC.
Incredibly noisy AC and thin walls meant I did not get a great nights sleep. Staff not quite to usual high US standard.
It's decent. The new bar has good burgers. Everything was clean and we felt welcomed and safe.
There are just two elevators and they face each other. Don't be in a hurry because it can take a few minutes.
Efficient Effective Room Kind Caring Staff Perfect Location
We were in one of the smaller rooms but really appreciated the location and the style of the hotel. We will certainly stay there again, in a bigger room
A very good price I think, the bed was crisply sheeted and comfy and the shower was lovely. The room is a tad small for putting down luggage - but for the price it's hard to complain about that. And while the area isn't the 'hippest' part of Brookyn the Subway is a 4 minute walk away, so who cares? It's a good fit for people who want to head into manhattan or other parts of brooklyn but don't want to pay those high prices I would stay again.
As mentioned above there is little space for dumping your case and opening it on the floor.
Our room was on the 4th floor and we were woken up throughout the morning (starting at 7am on a Saturday) by some construction next door. Of course this is a temporary issue about this hotel, everything else was great.
Room and bedding comforts.
The front desk staff during arrival were not pleasant- waited at least 5 minutes before they even greet us. My requests from booking were not met at all. We had to go back down to the front desk to get the right amenity requested. Then to proceed to the Brewer house for drinks and waited for 15 minutes to get my correct drink after it was made incorrectly. Separately, the banging of the steel the next building over at 7am was unpleasant and made it difficult to sleep restfully.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were very attentive, hotel clean and decor chic. Will definitely be checking in here during my next visit to Brooklyn. Thank-you!
There was a brew house located in the hotel the food was great
Staffs are excellent
Cleaning not good and room are very small
I liked the look of the hotel. The staff were all very pleasant.
The room was really small. We were literally on top of each other. We didn't like that at all. I will only stay here again if I am alone. Thr parking was expensive but we had no choice but to pay. There were also a lot of stains on the curtain and the burgundy wrap that layed on the bed and it was gross.
Available parking, it was clean and very up to date. Great overall experience.
The lol was smaller then a jail cell!
People at front dest were 10/10 Everthing except...
Room floor was sticky. Lots of long black hairs in shower and on bathroom floor.
I found the lovely Hotel Indigo to be clean and modern with a great easy location for both shopping and for visiting the Brooklyn bridge. I found two staff members in particular, Kadeem on the desk and Ross in the bar/restaurant to be exceptionally helpful and always cheerful, I will be happy to recommend this hotel:)
Very friendly staff, very helpful and informative!
Right in the heart of downtown Brooklyn and close to Prospect Park where we went to see a concert. Clean room, modern and updated.
close to city, easy traveling by subway, choices in restaurants,y good service.
noise and construction..but hey its New York
Indigo staff is great and friendly. Room was well appointed.
Check-in was a bit awkward. With construction on the street, there was no clear indication of how to unload, where to park or how to even valet. We parked up the street and walked our bags to the hotel and checked-in and then had to ask about where to park. When trying to get around (leaving our car in valet - no reentry), a car service was suggested to get 3.5 miles away to our fun destination. $25 bucks later we realized it would only be 8 bucks in a cab. Why they didn't just call a cab, I have no idea. The room was nice but there was no water in the room. Not even a bottle of water to purchase. Just two coffee mugs and a kuerig.
The staff was so accommodating, the restaurant next door was awesome (ate there twice) The decor and quality of the hotel room and configuration was perfect. Close to shopping and excellent subway access (more then one option)
I really have nothing to complain about except that if there was a fridge or microwave in the room, it would have been perfection.
Great location. New hotel and everything was clean and in good repair. Staff was nice.
Room was tiny - barely enough room to walk around the bed. Service was spotty - after arriving at 9 PM I still had to call down for towels - none in room - and a luggage rack for my suitcase.
