Proximity of what we wanted .clean
But a lot of noise by crowd in the lobby, then people on our floor shouting and slaming door at 3 am
The location is perfect. I stay here often, and generally everyone is very nice.
If you stay more than one day, the sheets are not changed and the shower cap is not replaced. Keep that shower cap.
Had trouble with our heat. The friendly staff changed our room and all went well after. Asked for extra towels and they were right there.
I drink tea and the teabags available in the room was green tea. Maybe have green and black teabags available.
Very polite staff, great clean room, a bit on the small side but still has everything you would need. Good location, close to everything. I would stay again.
The big blood stain spot on the bed when I pulled back the sheets took away any good review that I may have had for this hotel- the sight is embedded in my mind gross. Front desk was so nonchalant
The covy room, small but was cute with the amenities it had
Nothing to dislike besides the size of the room
The room& bathroom
everything was good, the room had a fridge and a nice big bed. Nice bathrooms.
room was small but not a big deal
The staff was so unprerfecional
I was in Brooklyn for a conference at a nearby hotel conference site . Well I missed the deadline to get the conference rate at the " other hotel " and I'm so glad I did ! I found the Hotel Indigo and I bragged to all my friends and colleagues about the swanky awesome Hotel Indigo . The beds were so comfy and the room was great ! Everyone there was so nice and you could tell they really enjoy their guests ! We are eager to go back !!!
I wish we had more towels in the room and some facecloths. Other than that . There was a lot of construction on Duffield Street but hey ... That's life in the big city . Right ?
Great cheerful staff
I like that the hotel is right in the middle of downtown Brooklyn. Lots of shops down the street.
No vending machines in the hotel. Had to go next door.
I love the bathroom and the windows
Room was toooo small
I enjoyed my whole experience!
Room was a little small
Very comfortable, great location.
Room was very small, queen room was too tight and close together.
Good price and nice place. Big room/lots of space for NYC. The restaurant/pub downstairs was delicious too!
The woman at the front desk told us that the difference between Valet and self-park was that we could exit multiple times with valet but we found out it was in fact the opposite. We didn't end up needing to take the car out but being that it was more expensive to do valet, we were disappointed with her misinformation
Great staff as theyade everything right during storm Juno
The Hotel was clean...Its in an excellent location and has a connecting bar/restaurant...
The room was tiny
Very clean. Great staff. Fantastic having a bar downstairs. Free apples for people staying was a nice touch. Location was excellent.
Bed was a little stiff, but fine if that doesn't bother you. Hard to get around to one side of the bed...lots of shuffling practice there.
Great location, super clean, stores all within walking distance and only takes a few minutes to get to them and the subway is less than a five minute walk away for easy access to Manhattan!
Great shower head. Nice side for the room.
I did not have the option to choose my room @ check in as stated. The check female busy deciding how many rI om they had to check in. My room was to small and tight walking space. Workstation was too small. My view was bad and construction was going on which was noisey. The bed was very uncomfortable and the evelavtor was slow and being work on @ check out.
The room was small, but fabulous! The furnishings were very chic. The bathroom had a great glass shower!
The room was smaller than I expected, but I was in Brooklyn so I won't complain too much!
The front desk staff was super friendly!
Brace yourself the hotel is very cute but the rooms are tiny. Also the restaurant attached to the hotel had a serious disconnect between what was listed on the menu and what the kitchen actually sent out as the item. On both instances they charged me an up fee to provide the item as describe on the menu????
Once relocated we were ok, but had to fight for a different room as hotel was fully booked. We had a guaranteed pre-paid room.
The original room had thermostat set on 80, but room temp was 60. At first, we were offered extra blankets! Then we were offered a reduced rate. It took 90 minutes to finally get settled in a heated room after an evening check-in.
The view was beautiful, and although the room was small, it was decorated nicely. The staff was particularly accommodating. I'd stay again.
My room was particularly small, the 'closet' space had might as well been non-existent, and if it had a microwave it would have been great.
