Hotel Indigo    

The room was a great size, location was excellent, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The beds were uncomfortable

The staff of the hotel was really kind and collaborative for all our requests. The location is not perfect if you want to walk to a restaurant/cafe, but it's realy close to many metro station to reach Manhattan and Williamsburg in a short.

Little hot water second day. When booking the hotel. The hotel indigo appeared to be another hotel. Confusing!

The staff were very friendly at check in and throughout our stay. As our flight home was also late at night we were able to store our bags in the hotel for the day after check-out to ensure we could enjoy our final day in the city. I was also offered a complimentary upgrade to a king room when I contacted the hotel prior to arrival to ensure the room facilities were suitable for the purpose of my trip (in town for a wedding).

For me the pillows were uncomfortable and left me with a sore neck the entire trip.

I was staying for a friends wedding and I was very impressed to be ungraded to a room with a balcony, it really was the icing on a very exciting weekend!

The room although beautiful and with a balcony was a little on the small size but the balcony did compensate for this! Only having one of each tea/coffee selection was also a bit annoying as both myself and my roommate would have liked to enjoy a coffee.

Room was small but very nice. Hotel is clean and new. Late working bar is available at the first floor. Personell is friendly. Takes around 15 minutes to get to brooklyn bridge by feet.

About location - this was first time I stayed in Brooklyn, and honestly speaking I felt rather uncomfortable outside the hotel late in the evening, local people loooked not very friendly. It was definitely not like at Manhattan. Room was small, but again, very nice.

A little on the room space for the money, especially the bathroom. Kind of strange to have drawer space under the beds. Didn't even see it until the 2nd day!

We arrived and received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The concierge made sure the room was inspected. The suite was very clean the the staff was excellent.

It is close to the Brooklyn bridge and you can cross the River walking

Room to small . So small that my bag need to stay in my way to the bath room. My room was not clean the first day of my stay and the telephone was out of order . .If you need to go to Manhattan it takes a long time to go there and very difficult and expensive to go by taxis .

Good location in downtown brooklyn, close to multiple subway stations. View was not bad (SE from 17th floor).

Hotel is a bit noisy (you can hear everything that happens on the floor), and we had to unplug the refrigerator and turn the climate system off because they were too noisy.

The location was great. The hotel provides free wifi in rooms.

Upon entering the room their was no tissue in the bathroom, I was also unable to get hot water in both shower and sink. The Queen-bed was as small as a Full size bed and nightstand lights did not work.

I like the layout of my room the amenities..The comfort of the beds the accessibility to room service..

I just wish u guys had a iPod docking radio in the bathroom also the suites shower kept leaking constantly when we showered..

Reasonably priced hotel. It is not luxurious, but everything is very tasteful and a lot of thought went into the design of the building and the furniture/fixtures. A very relaxing place to stay. Although the neighborhood that the hotel is in is somewhat transitional, it is within walking distance to many wonderful neighborhoods, including Brooklyn Heights and Carroll Gardens.

I can't think of anything negative, other than that it would have been nicer to be right in Brooklyn Heights or Carroll Gardens, but then it would have been much more expensive.

there is construction in the area so there is noise issues right now. restaurant connected to hotel was sub par. found that when windy lots of noise coming through windows. they clean the rooms very late in the day at times.

The facilities were beautiful. Everything was very modern and clean. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was pleasant (there was a nice vanilla scent to the waiting area). The close proximity to metro stations, starbucks, restaurants, and shops was also quite convenient. Overall, the staff was extraordinary. They were super friendly and helpful in terms of dining recommendations and transportation. Keith was a standout star at the front desk. He should definitely be commended for his hard work.

Excellent location for exploring Brooklyn, also easy to get to from Manhattan. Quiet at night. Free wifi. Everythig you need in the room.

Room was not ready on time even though we checked in after 5pm, hotel concierge was helpful and gave us a discount on the room. The bathroom, while spacious, could use one design improvement: the shower floor is level with the bathroom floor and it is difficult to take a shower without getting the entire floor wet.

Hotel is clean and located well (4 metro stations are near). Price to value is hardly not the best in this area.

Noisy climate system and long waiting for the elevator? These problems are common for most american hotels, so I don't mind)

The hotel was very clean and new - loved the high ceilings which made the space seem much bigger than it was. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite nice. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us - restaurant recommendations, reserving car service for travels, and extra coffee for the room. The price was reasonable for the area as well.

The location was difficult for cab drivers to find and Fulton Mall created a barrier for cab drivers to get us to the hotel at night. We had a king bed room and there was nowhere to sit other than the bed - this wasn't much of a problem since we weren't in the room much, but it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair as an option to sitting on the bed.
