Location close to the national park.
Air condition .
I liked the room, the fireplace, the spa, bed was comfortable. The room had everything you need for short time stay.
I hated that we didn't an opportunity to take a shower. In the morning, I complained about it and the manager promised to take care of the problem. However, when we came back from the park at the evening, it was still no working shower. In their policy they saying if they can't correct the problem they would not charge for part of stay - not a change. They didn't honor their own policy.
I traveled with my husband and three kids. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a futon in the room which was a huge plus for a family traveling with three children. The staff was fantastic and the complimentary breakfast was great.
Location by the Three Rivers entrance to Sequoia
Heater loudly cycles all night. 11 seconds on, 50 seconds off. Cleanliness of bathroom needs to be improved. Intermittent wifi.
Helpful Staff Good Breakfast
Basic needs met.
However, being an older person I found the pillows too stiff and high. Carpets could be cleaner.
For us it was one night and we got what we expected.. Breakfast with the price of the hotel is good, especially going with family
Free Breakfast very good and location.
Didnt like that you can definitely here everything, the walls are thin, def stay on the second floor. First floor mostly for families/people with kids.
Good breakfast. Perfect starting point to go to Sequoia National Park.
Wi-Fi works best in reception, I wasn't able to use it in my room.
We stayed in the "interior" room which meant it was in the newer building, had a mini fridge and microwave, and a great view of the mountains. The room smelled and looked clean.
The bed was firm, walls were a little thin, and the breakfast area was very crowded. Still a good value for the price and we would stay again.
Close to sequoia national park
No electricity and water on the first night of arrival. The whole area was affected so it's not hotel fault.
The breakfast was very nice lots of stuff to choose from.
It was very full on the weekend
Distance from parking to room.
The hotel, overall, is very pleasant. We will be back on our next family adventure!
We have no complaints!
Breakfast Clean Rooms Convenient Parking Great Staff Close to The Park
I liked that I was 7 miles from entrance to Sequoia National Park and it had breakfast in the morning
The Beds were very uncomfortable and the electricity went out for the duration I needed to blow dry my hair and have waffles made.
Breakfast was good.
The wifi did not work. Not enough band width
The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. Is a pity the town does not have better restaurant & food options close by for the larger number of guests the hotel is able to accommodate.
Young lady at reception was rude. We arrived 1 hour early (3pm) and were told to come back, as checkin wasn't until 4pm. No offer to hold bags, or apologies. We returned after 4pm, again the young lady was rude, and dismissive. Had to enquire about wifi, and the breakfast arrangements, there was no attempt at welcome. Sign here, was the dismissive order. Noted other reviewers had the same complaint, obviously the same young lady is still there. Strange that the rooms are not available, as room service was done early each morning. Other staff were welcoming on other days, but it does leave a sour taste. Would not return.
6 miles from the ENTRANCE to Sequoia National Park
45 minute drive from ENTRANCE to first real attraction in Sequoia National Park
The false advertising of a hot breakfast.
Slow waiting for breakfast
Travelling with older kids it was great to have option of the sofa bed which meant they didn't have to share. Good location on the way into the park. Couldn't book in until 4pm but this was ok in the end. Breakfast was good, the kids loved the pool as it was very hot when we were there. Staff were helpful.
Don't stay there
this hotel has the best location close as possible to the park. Good quality
