It wasn't all that clean
Loved the free wifi, room was clean
Hard bed, rough sheets, no coffee maker
Decent price for urban area. Safe, clean, location
No hangers in closet. Breakfast: Coffee and granola bar and thats all.
Door into lobby - can't open all the way. Staff is indifferent. Smells horrible - fish smell on third floor all nights I stayed there. Told the front desk and they said they would spray air freshner - did not mask the odor...
Location and parking was good
The location was very good as a couple of bars close by as well as a Hooters and only 10 minute walk to main area (6th Street or Rainey Street)
The fridge in the room was very noisey but after i unplugeed it then all good. I never planned on using it so all good but for those who do plan on using the fridge then get some ear plugs. It said Breakfast was included but the breakfast itself was a couple of muffins or cereal bar and a coffee machine, this was on until 9.00am so if late riser then unlucky or lucky?
Mold in bathroom. Beds rock-hard
Location and price
No trash cans in room, shower sucks
good location, nice large room, large fridge, nice cooking facilities
Maid never came in during 4 night stay. Had to finally empty our own garbage pails & go get a roll of toilet paper from the front desk. For the price, a maid should have come in around half way through the stay.
The reception staff Parking Wifi The location
The price Dated rooms Breakfast
Reasonably spacious room. Able to slightly open window for fresh air. Close to exits and location of Hotel is great. Friendly staff
Took over two hours past check in time to get into our room.
Dirty towels Worn decor Inflated price
Quiet hotel, even though I sense it was full, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, microwave, grab and go breakfast that contained fruit. Great location on the south side of river, put you in the middle of it all
There was some confusion regarding my reservation as it had apparently been cancelled by someone other than myself or booking.com, but full marks to Eric for rectifying the problem, promptly and in a friendly manner
Staff was helpful and understanding. Ms. Jones at the front desk was especially helpful.
Late checkout was only an hour later. Manager was not will to negotiate.
Room size is ok, comfortable and big bed
Just far away from Austin convention center, walk about 20-30 minutes
The staff were friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of downtown. I liked the option of using the kitchen. Overall a great value place to stay.
The breakfast was too basic. Would have preferred more options (it was all jam packed with sugar and there was no milk).
We loved being very close to Town lake and the park. Great central location
Our phone did not work. We could not call the front desk. the TV reception was bad
Clean, updated, modern, nice bathroom
No coffee machine, lack of breakfast options
Front desk staff
Noisy dog next room
the location was great, the people were nice and friendly
Beds are a little hard
There was a lot mold in the grout in the shower. The booking.com rate didn't "transfer into their system" so I had to spend an extra half hour at check out trying to get the rate straight.
The location was the main reason for staying here and it did not disappoint. We were able to park our car for 4 days during the ACL Festival weekend. We rode our bikes everywhere we wanted. The elevator was the perfect size to fit two bikes in at a time.
The A/C worked but it didn't get very cold. We woke up pretty warm each morning.
Checked me into a room already occupied. Awkward!! On checkout I was checked out of wrong room. They thought I was in a different room than where I stayed. Staff very confused!!!
After we checked out and arrived at our next destination we noticed my wife's jewellery bag and camera lens were missing, when we called the hotel we were told nothing had been found but we are certain they were both stolen from the hotel.
Recently remodeled rooms were wonderful. Clean, updated and very functional.
I killed two large crickets in my room, but maybe they were the welcome committee to Texas!!
