Score from 29 reviews Wonderful
Room is good. There are enough facilities to rest after a day. Also enough space to put all of your stuff. Bed was comfortable. Despite all the cons this place is good for this money if you come to Portland just to see the area.
Floor in our room was dirty - it had stains which are likely have been there for years. Breakfast is not good enough to call it breakfast. Breakfast area is in a lobby and it's just a poor coffee and muffin. Don't eat apples - they might look good but taste is awful. Walls in rooms are very tiny, during the night I was hearing when someone was watching TV or typing on iPhone in neighbor room! But since I wanted to sleep a lot it didn't cause much troubles.
Neat Clean room Ease of booking
No telephone in the room No person available at the lobby at late hours but they did help with the check in at late hours. It would have been nice to have better assistance to book a cab at late hours or for early morning flight. We were just left with taxi numbers.
No pool gym or computer to use
Good location. Clean. Quite. Satisfactory kitchen.
No coffee pot in room.
I liked the kitchen; the bed was comfortable.
The carpet was stained in numerous spots; the towels were a little rough on the skin (maybe needs to use a little more fabric softener); the toilet flushed weakly; they did not have shampoo/conditioner available in the hotel; hassle to have to go back in the front office just to pick some toiletries; should have them at least the first day/night checking in.
We asked for non-smoking room when we reserved...none were available so we were put in handicapped room. Guy at desk said you were overbooked.
Location. Price. Friendly staff.
The carpet in our room was very dirty and stained. Everything else was acceptable but the carpet really was not!
The community in which the hotel is at was new and very charming. It didn't look or feel like we were in Oregon! Very nice!
It was fine, good price for amenities and a short stopover
More amenities in kitchen would be nice. Needs an update.
LL EXCEPT THE BED...
The bed was not to comfy..
Paul, was the front desk person working when I checked in. He was friendly and professional. I am grateful that despite bring sold out, that he honored my ladt minute confirmed reservation made on booking.com. The city hotels and motels were booked all over, I am so grateful to have found a hotel room for the night.
The light switches were placed oddly, the wall in the closet had holes in the back wall, the kitchen had no dish soap, and the refrigerator door was difficult to open and swung open the wrong direction.
Easy access from main road
The bathroom was unclean. The toilet was dirty and it had pubuc hair from previous customers
The very friendly staff was a Plus! Comfy Beds and a full kitchen helped save on money....
The only inconvenience was having to wait to receive any Kitchen items, such as....The Coffee Pot, Toaster, Plates, Cups, etc. before going to town..
Unclean bath/shower body hair was in there from previous person...ewww.....dirty washcloths....broken tolite paper roll holder....no Kleenex ....
Check in/check was easy Liked the television
Sheets were like paper Towels were like sandpaper Provided utensils were dirty Dirty burn marks on bathroom door No lotion or expected toiletries provided
Perfect for a short stay!
Bed was too hard.
Ability to get a sofa bed in our room for a third person who joined us on the trip.
Very meager and uninteresting breakfast bar: no bananas, no food really, in a small, crowded lobby with nowhere to sit an eat. No newspapers available, either as a courtesy, or even in the paper box outside on some mornings. No tissues in room, or extra tp, and no coffee in room until requested.
We were there for 5 days and they don't give the ability to call and have the room cleaned. It appears you need to be there for at least a week to have your room cleaned.
Availability. Ability to extend on short notice. Ability to keep pets.
Price was high week over week. Learned of monthly rate three weeks in.
musty smell of the bedding/mattress
Quiet, clean & safe
Amenities on line were not available in the hotel. Also 'breakfast' included was a shelf in the lobby offering a store bought muffin, a piece of fruit & a cup of coffee. We've stayed at other extend Americas who had an actual breakfast room offering actual food. This hotel was misrepresented on line
The price was good!
The bed was not comfortable.
close to my sons house and costcos.
they gave us a hard time about needing toilet paper daily and shampoo . parking was a drag . extended gang-bangers were worrisome . fridge didn't fit and dragged the wall , our nab were pissed off . trash was over flowing 2 x daily at the bottom of our stairs . nasty nasty . i will never stay their again . i will spend 160.00 a night in portland next trip .
