Pillows beds linen staff no breakfast trash storages are in the hallways on each floor in a closet..run away
They were flexible with us since we had a power outage and couldn't stay in our home.
Our blanket had a cigarette hole burned through it and the hallways smelled heavily of smoke.
room was ok, windows opened to let fresh air in
charged 20 times for wifi even though its free, talked to staff and said manager would fix and call she never called or fixed she said my staff was wrong I dont fix any thing with the wi fi I need to re train them go fight it with the wifi company its not me? lift inspection out of date. manager says sorry not my fault it the home office. accident in parking lot have pics put staff and manager know nothing about it even though there are cams every place. I could go on but manager allways says not my fault staff did not tell me, I need to retrain them? really? oh and I had to carry every thing for the kitchen up the stairs 2 flights because they was busy after waiting 4 hours but the staff was bringing it up right away after check in?? could not get bath towels from lobby unless I brought old towels down from room and there was none to start with? Shall I go on?
Freshly painted. Our room was very large and clean and colors were soothing. Room was quiet and bed comfortable however a king size bed needs 6 pillows and not just four but that is my only complaint. Bathroom was very roomy. Will definitely stay there again.
Bathtub small for a guy my size. Six foot three. 250 pounds. Needed more pillows. Silly but used to having 6 or mod for a king six bed. Otherwise an awesome place to stay.
Look of the outside of building and lobby. The young man that checked us in was very nice.
The room was dusty and the appliances in the kitchenette were full of spills. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The white towels were grey. The internet didn't work of the time. Bedspreads smelt funky. I recommend you look somewhere else for a room...
We came for one week and have been here for 4 more.... with 4 more to come. The Staff, while small, knows your name and things about you to help during your stay.... such as a phone call that the laundry room is now free or that a UPS package has arrived. The kitchen having a full size refrigerator / freezer is a great help in keeping eating expenses down while living in a hotel. With the added 2 burner stove, you are in heaven. They provide complete dish and silverware in addition to pots & frying pans with covers, cooking utensils and cutting board. Topping it off is a toaster, dish drain and kitchen towels. The room comes equipped with an iron and ironing board. Big plus is that the iron actually heats up and retains the heat necessary to iron military uniforms with a crisp crease. The air conditioning in the room provides relief from the afternoon sun and allows you to go as cold you would like. The competing long term hotels that have only one more amenity (an oven, but we purchased a toaster oven) cost 25 - 40% more. It is not worth the money. This hotel is clean, has an adequate grab and go breakfast / coffee station and a terrific staff. If you need to be in a long term hotel, the location will fit most of your needs. The life of hotel living is not very exciting.... at least Nashua Extended Stay makes you smile to make the most of it.
The housekeeping rules, while well published, isn't always fun when you run out of clean towels. But that's poor planning on our part. The Slowest elevator in Nashua is here, but it provides you time to recite the Star Spangled Banner going from the 3rd floor to the 1st.
The staff was super accomodating relative to getting us kitchen equipment (pots, pans, colander, utensils and plates).
I booked Smoke -Free rooms but when we got there two of the rooms were smoking and those people had asthma and could not stay there. The hotel charged them for one day anyway. Apparently this is a booking.com fine print issue. I was very disappointed.
location, close to highway, restaurants, etc.
grab and go breakfast
having the kitchen helped with food costs and gave us the at home feel. We also were able to make our own ice in the fridge freezer which saved a bundle.
The washroom light and fan were on the same switch. We found the fan to be very noisy.
Good room for a small price
The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke.
The space of room with kitchen
There was no pool
I loved that we could have food and snacks that needed to be refrigerated. The kitchenette was so convenient. The room was nice, clean (except for it not being cleaned while we were there), and convenient.
I only stayed 2 nights. But we were gone most of the first day and when we came back around 430 pm, our room had not been cleaned. There was no hair dryer in the room. I had to call and go borrow one from the front desk. It advertises "free breakfast" on the website. But it was just coffee, etc. granola bars and fruit.
A hair dryer at the front desk for loan
