The price was great and the facility was clean and nice. The fireplace area was a nice plac e to hang out
We were a little far from the ski resort were were going too but the accommodations were excellent
Great staff and breakfast
It was under construction, did not know until we got there. Coffee pot very dirty. Peeling ceiling and wallpaper. But...I guess they are trying to fix everything.
Breakfast changed every morning. Ever Tuesday and Wednesday nifht have free soup, beer, and wine availible.
There was a light outside the window with no curtains that keep us up. Construction started at 9am every morning. Breakfast was ok, overcooked eggs. Second night water main busted and didn't have water till that afternoon.
Atmosphere, managers night meal, breakfast
Water pressure in the shower

I like the location
Your staff was very rude and no water and cold shower, breakfast was terrible, burn bacon.
We loved everything. From the mountain retreat feel of the lobby to our very large suite. Hospitality and the breakfast was awesome! We will be booking there again for next year!
Nothing...everything was excellent
Location to Blue Ridge Pkwy and other small shopping towns.
Food from kitchen was cooked over-done in my opinion, (hard eggs) all else was great. Needs a traffic light to get across the road.
Noise from Road 105 in front of hotel is very loud. Also, we could not seem to regulate the temperature in the room. It was very cold at first then a sauna. (A FYI to all inn keepers - NOT EVERYONE likes the heavy down comforters. A lighter weight quilt/blanket would be much appreciated.)
No one bothered us. There was a happy hour. Plenty of hot water.
Beautiful room and hotel. All amenities. Pool and fitness center were wonderful, especially when you have a pool to yourself! Immaculate facility with the breakfast area on the second floor overlooking the lobby area...furnished to a T with a chandelier of antlers. Hot breakfast of bacon, eggs and fresh waffles, oranges, juices and coffee...decaf, regular and BOLD!! Quiet at night with room darkening shades. Dinner at the Coyote Kitchen (recommended by hotel staff) - fresh North Carolina blackened trout. Excellent dinner. This is a college town - Appalachian State University so there are many stores and restaurants. We chose Boone as the midway point in our drive up the Blue Ridge Parkway, easy on and off.
Hmmm...sorry, I can't think of anything. Thanks booking.com. You have not disappointed us on this trip.
Only outside traffic noise, otherwise was quiet and peaceful. Large room was clean and spacious. Would stay again.
Coffee pot makes only one cup at a time. 3-4 cups would be more practical. Bathroom small 4 more rhan one person.
We love to fish, and it was great to have both the beach and the fishing pier right outside our door. We also enjoyed the pools and Jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and attentive, particularly the housekeeper on our hall. If we're in this area again, we'll be back!
The lobby is very pretty and l loved the fire place! The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good (who in their right mind doesn't like waffles ! !)
For seniors, the elevators are too far apart. If you were booked in a room in the middle of the building as we were the walk can be long from both ends. It is my suggestion that you book seniors as near to the elevators as possible. This is a question that you can add to your "check in or booking info" and yes I'll remember to ask for myself since I now know the layout of the building. This will not stop us from booking with you in the future. The front entrance ash/trash can was full and overflowing and with a lot of cases some "guest" just plain don't care and will "stuff" right on. As you well know the front door is the first impression and sets the stage for the guest experience. (shift change maintenance or housekeeping duty?) The refrigerator was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep!
Low sanitary score
This hotel was far exceeded our expectations. The inviting warm decor as soon as we entered the building, friendly staff, fresh smells (not the "cover-up" kind). Our room was modern, warm, cozy and so clean that I almost didn't inspect it. We made the mistake of only booking one night on a busy weekend and had to stay at a similar star-rated hotel. Man we were let down. Our room was so bad that we refused to stay in it and had to drive home. Comfort suites has definitely raised the bar for lower rates hotels and we will only be staying here in any city we visit. Thank you for you excellent attention to detail!!
Loved the fireplace in the lobby
The buzzing of the refrigerator in our room
Location is perfect Size of room Facilities Breakfast Pillows Bedding Towels
Old chipped mirror and grout in bathroom
10 stars for this property is not enough I would at least give it 15 stars Everything exceeded our expectations If this Hotel was located in a big city you would pay 5 times more
Very comfortable and clean room.
Breakfast - loud crowd and less than appetizing.
The overall experience was great
no snack machines, had to pay high prices for snacks at the desk
I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites immensely! The bed and pillows were comfortable, there was minimal noise from outside the room and the cleaners did a good job without messing with my stuff too much.
I stayed for 2 days and did not find anything that I did not like.
