Leaving that sh#t hole and getting away from conjob motha fu#@ers!!! They tried SOOOO HARD to get $250 IN CASH ONLY from us from the day we checked in up until the very moment we left bc they accused us of smoking in the room whenever WE DID NOT and it was just awful bc it was clearly harassment and they woke us every morning telling us they wanted cash ONLY! The place wreaked of pot smoke and there are dogs in the rooms in the main hallway and OMG I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH LOUD VICIOUS BARKING COMING FROM SEVERAL OF THE ROOMS FROM MORNING NOON TO NIGHT LIKE WE WERE HONESTLY STAYING IN A DOG POUND ROUND THE CLOCK! THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE AND DEFINITELY MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE UNACCEPTABLE AS AN EXTENDED STAY MOTEL FOR PAYING GUESTS... JUST REDICULOIS BOOKING.COM I AM DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE CONTACTED HOPEFULLY BEFORE WE NOTIFY THE PAPER NEWS STATIONS AND ANYONE ELSE WHO CAN GO AND SEE WHAT TH IS GOING ON THERE AT HAZELWOOD FROM HELL SO HELP US GOD

The staff was ok and seemed to be trying to accommodate the people. However, other than that the place was a disgrace. It was uncomfortable, smelled, and falsely advertised. It was nothing like what was presented when I looked into it.

I would not recommend this hotel, it is in very poor condition and is primarily a smoking location. There are not enough non- smoking rooms.
The breakfast was very poor and the location is difficult to enter.

Yes the so called airport hotel is 20 mins from the airport the so called shuttle never ran. And the staff were horrible. it cost me 30 dollars each way to the hotel and back to airport the hotel is by a highway not the airport at all. The place was noisy and very loud. My room on a sunday morning I was awaken by screaming kids in the pool under my room. the hallways were trashed and the maid for frantic. NEVER AGAIN and if your looking for a airport hotel Hazelwood by 270 is not one.

Don't stay here. I shy away from absolutes but... Everything about this location was negative. The bathroom wall was damaged, the ceiling was stained by an old leak, bugs and old spiderweb were all over, it looks like a wrestling match took place on the couch, the light switches were grimy, the "windows" were old sliding glass doors, there were burn marks on stuff, the room smelled like an old ashtray (weed included), the courtyard was not maintained, the pool wasn't open, the staff didn't care, the parking was less than desired.... Oh, and I hope the man that came knocking on our door looking for Erica finds her. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else. The pictures have to be stock from around 10 years ago.
The Lobby where was being serve was dirty and old. also an odor. The bathroom shower not clean as it should and Most of all no Hot water for me to shower. I am requesting a refund. The hotel presented false advertising when I booked it. The hotel was nothing like it was presented online. This is not fair. I told the front desk immediately when I tried to take a shower, and the front desk on duty guy from India said I will tell the manager to give you for a call for a discount. It's been two days now, and No one has called me.
Room had roaches. Floor hadn’t been sweep. The shower curtain was filthy. The stovetop didn’t work. The refrigerator leaked and smelled. The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. People were doing drugs inside and outside of the hotel. It was an horrible experience.
The hotel was very clean right down to the pool. It had been remodeled and they did a very nice job of it. The front desk employees were super nice and I felt very comfortable staying there alone.
There was nothing we liked about this Hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very disappointed in this.
We got 3 rooms and none of them were satisfactory.
Friendly all the time always helping with everything you need and ask for it'll Always stay there if they have any openings and will let my friends know about this hotel
The condition of the rooms look nothing like the photos. There were more people living there than staying there on vacation. All in all it was cheap but kind of gross.
