The King room was more like a suite and everything was nice and clean.

No windows in room, and they only had valet parking available at the hotel.

We loved the prime location down town and being close to everything.

We went to the baseball game and stayed out late. Cleaning service was knocking on our door at 8am and woke us up. We woke up to them opening our door, so we kindly told them we were still occuping the room. Two hours later at 10am they were back knocking on our door. It was little upsetting that we kept getting bothers after a long night knowing check out was 12pm.

The room was big and spacious. Very nicely decorated.

The service, if you could call it that, at check in was appalling! Check out was much better. Could use friendlier, more helpful staff on the night shift.

    Top notch hotel. Great experience.

Valet service(contracted group) dented door and their insurance refused to pay for admitted claims. This was the only disappointment ($600) I had with our stay onsite at the Hyatt.

    Location

After 2 hours of discussion and moving my motorcycle, I was finally allowed to park a $25,000 Motorcycle in their garage. I was first sent to the public parking 4 blocks away. If you ride into St Louis Stay at one of the hotels that will allow motorcycles on their property

Location was excellent. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

The room had an oder similar to body oder. Requested air freshener and that didn't help. There was a large party accross the hallway at 2:00 am. Called front desk, sent text and still took security took approx 1 hour to take care of the problem. We left a message for a manager to call us and manager did not return call. We were billed for breakfast twice, once my credit card at breakfast and was also charged on our room charges.

    Location

The receptionist ( the African American; tall) was rude. The guy that was supervising her was not helpful. However, when i was checking out; the staff was excellent ( a different girl).

The website was easy to use and the staff was great. I felt safe walking home from Ballpark Village at 2:30 am so the area surrounding it is pretty safe also.

The glass room for viewing the arch on the top floor was closed that night and the next morning. I also did not expect the valet only parking. It was still a good value.

    The location is perfect.

There were no coffee cups in the room the first morning. Also, the tile around the bottom of the shower was moldy. The front desk clerk subtracted $25 from our bill when we mentioned these things at check-out. Also, the room is small for the price. However, when you go to a major league baseball game anywhere you almost have to leave behind your common sense when it comes to value. Everything is incredibly overpriced.

We stayed there when we passed through and kinda wished we had more time to spend there. The gym was awesome, service was great, and the location was perfect. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable.

    Nothing.

I don't know they gave away our room on our weeding night and said that they would give us a room comparable to it. We didn't have a working TV or air conditioning. If thats comparable then Hyatt must have low expectations.

Gave away our room on our wedding night. The only thing they could say is "like the airlines we overbook, sorry." Then they didn't call the other hotel to let them know we were coming and we were at the reception desk for more than 30 minutes waiting for them to get us a room ready. Not to mention the other hotel was 20 minutes away from the Hyatt.
