Had a great weekend
The staff, the room, the cleanliness, the comfy, high-quality beds & linens. Everything was what I've come to expect from many, many years of staying at Hyatts around the world. Thanks you again for another great experience! :-)
Our room was quite far from the elevator and was a bit circuitous to get to/fro...however, I realize that that Hyatt was in an old renovated building and was unavoidable to put some rooms that far from the elevator. The plus side was that our floor was the first floor of that particular elevator bank, so we had that going for us :-)
The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing !!!
From the time I exited the car I felt welcomed. Great eye contact and directions to my next destination shown by doorman.
The room was way too small for the money.
The very central position close to the river and to the Arch, the good restaurants in the lobby, the comfortable room with view
Location is perfect for the arch, gym very well equipped and Ruth's steak house very good food.
No wifi in the rooms
Cashier is gift shop not very nice. Needs to be kind to customers
The room wasn't clean, windows had spiderwebs on. The restaurant service was quite slow and food was not so good
I wished we would have stayed here all 3 nights of our stay. Staff was very friendly and hotel looked amazing.
No pool and valet a bit pricy
It was convenient for sightseeing. Walking distance to arch and Busch stadium
A lot of construction going on around the hotel. Parked in public garage a couple blocks down from hotel since they just valet parking, and my Gfs car was broke in too. So I suggest either parking in valet or different hotel.
The King room was more like a suite and everything was nice and clean.
No windows in room, and they only had valet parking available at the hotel.
Great service, everyone was friendly.
You have to pay for buffet
The staff was helpful and friendly, hotel was clean and priced well.
My air in my room didn't seem to be working properly. There was used soap left in the bathroom from the ppl before me.
We loved the prime location down town and being close to everything.
We went to the baseball game and stayed out late. Cleaning service was knocking on our door at 8am and woke us up. We woke up to them opening our door, so we kindly told them we were still occuping the room. Two hours later at 10am they were back knocking on our door. It was little upsetting that we kept getting bothers after a long night knowing check out was 12pm.
close to ballpark comfortable beds
The bed was so comfortable. The staff was nice and respectful. Room was very clean.
The room was big and spacious. Very nicely decorated.
The service, if you could call it that, at check in was appalling! Check out was much better. Could use friendlier, more helpful staff on the night shift.
Lovely customer service.
WiFi. . Charging guests any amount for WiFi is ridiculous.
Breakfast dosentti includet to room price
It used to be reasonably priced but now overpriced! The room size is small. I don't believe I will stay there again.
Top notch hotel. Great experience.
Valet service(contracted group) dented door and their insurance refused to pay for admitted claims. This was the only disappointment ($600) I had with our stay onsite at the Hyatt.
After 2 hours of discussion and moving my motorcycle, I was finally allowed to park a $25,000 Motorcycle in their garage. I was first sent to the public parking 4 blocks away. If you ride into St Louis Stay at one of the hotels that will allow motorcycles on their property
bad costly parking
Great views, close to stadium and several good restaurants nearby
