I sleep well.
THE LONG WAIT TO GET MY CAR OUT OF VALET. WHEN NO ONE WAS THERE.
ALL THE AMENITIES
Parking fees, no housekeeping during the weekend stay just fresh towels should not have to ask, no free continental breakfast.
Close to all the activities
This hotel is conveniently located by many things. We were going to a baseball game and found the location great for the price. We also had breakfast in the morning and it was wonderful!
I almost slipped and fell in the tub taking a shower. It had no texture of any kind in it for traction. There was a half eaten bag of chips in one of the drawers and an almost empty bottle of tea, along with a full bottle of tea in the mini fridge. Otherwise the room was real nice.
The location and staff were excellent, most of the furnishings were excellent. The staff made things as easy as possible.
My husband an I stayed for our honeymoon for two nights.. We had a few of the arch it was beautiful and we can't wait to come again!
The guest service staff were very helpful in telling us how to get places and good places to go
Refrigerator froze everything!
Starbucks, the location and the great staff!
Gouging is the only appropriate description for the parking rates. It was approximately 25% of my room rate before tip. Will not stay there again.
My $129 reserved room turned into $225 out the door. I added $30 city view room...the rest was valet & city fees/taxes. Ridiculous really
Location; room size---I upgraded; class level; friendliness of overall staff
Breakfast was skimpy for the money.
The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Room was wonderful!
No swimming pool for the kids
Staff was excellent
The first room we checked into was on the 14th floor and the window view was enclosed, looking down on the dirty roof. the room was also humid and damp and smelled of mildew. I called the front desk and was immediately moved a few rooms down. Self parking was 'not allowed' in the parking garage the weekend we stayed, and valet parking was not worth the $32/night. Called twice to have my vehicle retrieved, the first time no answer. Second time I was told they were too busy and had to come down to wait in line. Also, there is no pool.
Customer service was wonderful. would recommend the Red Kitchen Bar. Everything is already pricey at this hotel but the service here was worth it.
The bed was not made no pool and no breakfast
The facility was centrally located
Zero complaints, zero problems, all was great.
My flight got cancelled due to weather, which presented a number of special challenges for me; everyone went above and beyond to help with my special challenges - complicated, but they all went above and beyond, really super customer service, pleasant and helpful in every way. And despite weather and airline issues- a great stay.
It was ok. Communication is very bad. I was asked if i needed a parking with informing me i will be charged even though the rental was from the hotel.charged 75 dollars. Arrived from a 27hrs trip no one assisted with the bags. Hotel staff didn't tell me what facilities were available eg restaurant, gym and bar. When i spoke to the manager he tried to assist my offering free breakfast which is 16 dollars while he's charged me 75 dollars for parking. They could do way better.
Staff are friendly.
Was awoken at 2 am by a loud physical fight next door that went on for more than 15 minutes at which point I called front desk and was connected with security who had already been called. The chaos continued as they were evicted. My husband and I were both awoken and sleep disrupted. We faced a 7 hour drive that morning. We awoke with a card under our door for a free cup of coffee which was actually insulting considering the length of the disruption. The next morning I complained and was told my bill would be adjusted to 42.00 for night and complimentary breakfast buffet. I left satisfied until viewing my credit card statement and seeing I had been charged full amount!
Breakfast buffet was amazing. Best I've ever had. A little pricey at $16.95.
The bed had hair in it and I had Asked for another room and they have it to me.
I wasn't pleased with some things so they fixed it and I was happy
Room was not clean feeling or smelling... Window in room dirty stains on bed linens duvet smelled... Hallways confusing and too long
The view from our room and our room overall
Kentucky basketball lost but thats not on you:)
Allie,(Allison) at checkin couldnt be more pleasant or helpful. Offered us an upgrade and the extra space really made a difference for us.
Small things were missing: no "do not disturb sign" in favor of a "privacy setting" on the door (which didn't stop housekeeping from knocking). Quiet hours 9pm - 9am, but they vacuum the halls at 8am. No self parking. No coffee in lobby. Very small room
Location was great; room was clean with a great view of Arch. Good rate.
The parking was ridiculous, $30 for valet really? The crowd of people were annoying, the plethora of drunk people were gross, but the "working girls" in the elevator at 9am (while I had my young daughter with us) and they were talking about bounced checks, geeked up, etc was the topper. I'm going to pray for stl.
I liked the remodeled room and the location. The hotel lobby was beautiful.
My shower somehow ran over (clogged drain?) and flooded out into the room.. The staff was quick to respond.. But yall might need to take a look at that Also- I don't like being charged 50 dollars more than what I reserved the room for ..
Location is great! Staff is friendly and responsive
