The room was very nice. It was spacious and clean and the staff provided everything we needed for the kitchen in a timely and polite manner. The location of the hotel is very nice and the price for a hotel is Seattle was great!
While the hotel is pet accomodating, they sprung a $25 non refundable pet deposit on us upon check in that we wish would have been explained to us before we arrived so we could have budgeted that into our plans.
- The staff at the front desk was friendly - Check in was quick - check out was a breeze - you cant hear the people in the next room
- I was not provided info about the hotel like the time of breakfast, is there a laundry room, where the ice machines were located, gym - it appeared someone was in the room prior to check in and we were told that sometimes the employees use the room as a break room - we didnt have a phone in the room to call down to the front desk - we had a ironing board, but no iron
The staff is quite cordial. Did not meet the manager as she gets weekends off.
Blood stained sheets.
Rooms were clean and good deal for the $$. Staff was very friendly.
Noisy early in the morning. Also, no dishes in the kitchen--no cups at all in the room...
Value was good
Staff was not attentive
Big room. Nice kitchen Good breakfast close to airport but no noise.
the staff was not kindness.
Clean rooms & lobby. We didn't explore the hotel much but our room was on the 1st floor and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Free parking, close by well-known stores. About a $50 cab ride down to the paramount theatre, with a fair amount of traffic too (cheaper than paying an arm and a leg for a hotel closer during the time we went at least).
Didn't come pre-stocked with glasses that I can remember but we were in a rush so we didn't bother requesting any.
large rooms, cheapest half-way decent place in Seattle. Even though the reservation said "Breakfast not included" they provided limited options.
It took 3 attempts to straighten out our bill. We were charged $200+ extra. Kitchen counter was dirty as well as the bathroom floor, but everything else was clean. LOCATION is among warehouses.
It's not a luxury hotel. It's aimed at a budget travel who does not need a lot of amenities. It's a large, comfortable spacious room. There is a kitchenette, but you need to ask for plates, etc. Cookware is "available at a nominal charge." The location is good, close to I-5 and 99. It's about 15 minutes from downtown (more during rush hour). It's not fancy, but it worked for me. I'd stay there again. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you want luxury, don't come here. If you prefer economy, this is a good choice.
The internet is slow, and I had to call technical support to log on. They only provide hand and shower soap. There was no shampoo available during my stay.
Clean, quiet, confortable bed, and good service
Druggies in the hall and odor of dope. No utensils in kitchen. Staff bad mouthed clientele and property.
- Very Cheap . - Good enough location. - Wifi was good, (played lots of Clash of Clans) - Seahawks and Packers game - Huskies and Eastern Washington game - Space needle
- Front desk was receptionists were rude and did not like answering questions about transit or nearby facilities. - Were called and drilled on the fact that bottles aren't recycled and we must throw them out (instead of just doing it themselves(15 foot walk)). - Didn`t get laid
the fact that the staff removed my contents from the room assuming I left, yet I was scheduled to stay for that night.
Nice clean room and building
Nothing comes with the room, maid service costs extra and you have to ask for everything, if you can find someone at the desk to ask. Still would stay there again
Not much. The employes were good.
The shower was dirty. The bedding appeared to not have been changed, based on the wrinkles in the sheets and the pillow cases were either stained or had makeup on them. I ended up sleeping in my clothing and just washed with a rag in the morning. Due to the late arrival I had no options to stay elsewhere.
- Staff - Free WiFi - Free breakfast - Nice rooms - Across the street from bus stations to downtown - Close to restaurants and other businesses
- Paid maid service, daily - Included WiFi is very slow, with an upgrade available to faster service
The Rooms are great for longer stays. Close to highway, gym and food stores around the corner.
I booked an explicit non-smoking room and got a smoker room because they haven't had a non-smoker room free. Then my door lock was broke and i had to ask someone at the front desk to come upstairs with me and let me in my room because it doesn't accept any key cards anymore. They were telling me they would repair it but nothing happened. I had 4 days with this inconveniences. The manager told me she would find a solution to get me a rebate on the invoice or something like that but nothing happened!
Location was close to freeway.
No swimming pool Had to have maintenance to room twice - stove light was out and the shower faucet was leaking. The TV needed to be higher it was too low sitting on the dresser. Laundry room was out of soap.
I understand that there is a mass of people every morning..........But,when coffee was empty...Staff seemed a bit slow.........seems like you should have that coffee going!!! Gotta have the coffee!!!
The location. We were away from the city and able to see how living there would be. We had business in Everett so it was convenient. I liked the size of the room. Laundry facility was clean. Breakfast was grab and go which was breakfast bars and muffins. There was flavored creamer which was great.
We didn't know there was an additional 15% tax for the room. We weren't told about the pots, pans, silverware and dishes that were available to us, with a fee I'm sure. There was no maid service included. It was an additional $5/day. The pillows were hard as was the bed. A/C worked well. We had to ask for new towels and bring them up ourselves. There are no restaurants to speak of close to the hotel. You either have to eat in the city or drive to Everett if you want to eat out. Albertsons is next door. No sitting area outside for smokers.
Bed wad comfortable!
Given a smoking room despite requesting non smoking. No dishes or utensils in room, not even paper cup! No blow dryer! No ice on the premises. Was told there's ice cube trays in freezer. ...I wanted ice that night not the next day. Vending machines did not take money, only charge card. ....prefer not to "risk" charge card on a vending machine.
The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. It was quiet and tranquil. Clean rooms, everything was comfortable.
The complimentary coffee was not so great.
That they let us check out after only one night into a 4 night booking.
The staff do not seem to like their jobs. They would answer questions and provide information as requested, however they were not friendly or helpful. The location was tucked back on a dark side road with nearest food at least a 3/4 mile walk. Had to get kitchen items from desk; container was heavy and no help was offered. Would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
The bed was firm and comfortable
People loitering outside the entry (after 11:00 p.n.) The people above us and next to our room were very loud and inconsiderate. The towels and wash clothes were very old, rough and worn out. The location was way off the beaten track.
