It has a kitchen, everything was clean, bed was comfy. For the money, it was a great stay.
Great view of balloon fiesta from window (on my side of the hotel). Nice kitchenette facilities, although you need to get silverware, dishes, etc from front desk, which I didn't realize till I got up at 4:30 a.m. (after three hours sleep) and wanted coffee while I got ready to meet family. Quiet, peaceful, convenient, clean.
The rooms are a bit dated, but there's nothing wrong with them.
The room was smelling horrible, no restaurant, no breakfast.
Had to ask for kitchen supplies to be brought to the room.
The room was comfortable
Refrigerator did not work and our food was ruined, they did replace it the second day. There were ants in room
Really don't have anything to say negatively.
Can't fault anything. It was clean and spacious and exactly what we had hoped it would be
coffee and blow dryer in room would be nice.
Conveniently located to the baseball fields we were playing at and close to local restaurants
We had booked 11 rooms to have our baseball team travel together. Upon check-in, different people were being offered different rates than the one secured by the reservation. 4 of the rooms that were reserved were not cleaned, one room smelled foul and one room had a backed up bathtub. 3 of our families were not offered any type of additional accommodations and were forced to leave the hotel and find another hotel nearby. The front desk employee handed a parent air freshner and cleaning supplies to clean up their own room. The bathroom in the other room was never looked into or fixed, so we had families sharing bathrooms. Overall the cleanliness was an issue and we would definitely not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to any guest.
no maid service had to go and get fresh towels from the front desk. Worst motel I've ever stayed in. Will never stay there again
Close to where I wanted to be. Staff is terrific.
The building/facilities is not in good shape - lots of little things wrong in my room. The other thing that displeased me is that I reserved a non smoking room and was put in a smoking one, in a hallway that reeked of smoke. It is not easy to get to the parking lot from the main road.
Hotel was adequate for smokers. building and room access are adequate
3rd floor hallway smelled horribly of old, stale, tobacco smoke. We reserved and got a non-smoking room but, it was located on a smoking floor. Non-smoking rooms should not be on a smoking floor. Staff was not responsive to our request to move to a non-smoking floor. We were first told that the entire 3rd floor was non-smoking and later told that 1st and 2nd floor were non-smoking. Our request for a room on a non-smoking floor was basically ignored. Pillow cases were not changed from previous occupant. Pillow cases were wrinkled and human hair was found on two pillows. Staff replace upon complaint.
Staff was courteous. Location was convenient for our purposes.
1) The fact that Housekeeping services are an extra charge. 2) The "Grab & Go" Breakfast was scanty, compared to other comperable motels.
Staff were terrific
It was very difficult to get to from a main road, and directions were poor. Condition of common areas(hallway) was poor
Nice location. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.
The common areas, including the hallways, reeked of cigarette smoke.
I liked Olympia the girl that checked us in and Jason the front desk attendant that took over after her we're both excellent people
I didn't like the fact that the refrigerator made noise all night long. The toilet made noise all night long and the hallways smelled badly of cigarette smoke so did the elevators and our bathroom! extremely disappointing for someone who is allergic to cigarette smoke. And the free WiFi never worked
