Was very quiet.
Suppose to be smoke free room and that's all we could smell.
The room was great, bed very comfortable, very clean. Fairly quiet also. Good blackout curtains. Great bathroom, lots of towels. Could have used another chair and perhaps a small table to sit at. The breakfast room was very large and comfortable Staff were very pleasant.
The room was large enough that a couple of chairs and a small table would have been nice for snacks, etc. in room. The complimentary breakfast was so-so. The scrambled eggs were dried on top a few times, and the sausages were very greasy. But I have had worse.
I liked everything about this place.
Very nice accommodations. Big step above other lubbock hotels for same or less money. Would definitely stay again. Room spacious - nice features. Good breakfast too. Staff helpful. Very clean.
Need to sweep sidewalk - guests throw cigarettes even though ashtrays very available. Otherwise no complaints.
I was really impressed with the sleep inn. The staff was very friendly and every request was met in a timely manner. Room was clean and very modern. We will be staying at this location anytime we are in the area.
The only thing that I can really find wrong with the location was the water pressure in the sink was a little low. The shower was not low! I know it's a small thing to say but it did not have an effect on our stay.
No AC in the bathroom.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. Fellow at front desk was pleasant, but not really helpful when asked questions. Overall, this location is well kept and nice. Will stay here again on our next visit to Lubbock.
Flush handle on toilet had fallen off and hanging off side. Easily fixed it myself and worked without problems. It does need to be tightened with a wrench so it doesn't fall off again in near future
The location was good for the reason why we were there.
The rooms were HOT, the air conditioner wasn't left on in the rooms like other hotels. Front desk said they don't leave the air on when the rooms aren't occupied.
Clean and comfortable,
Shower would leak water to floor
Room was nice Great bathroom
Would like an improved breakfast No newspaper Bathroom counter was nicked up pretty good
It was confortable
The pool was not very clean
Nice TV. Good beds. Clean. Breakfast was good.
No firm pillows, they were all soft and mushy. I didn't know I would not get credit for the Rewards program because I booked through you guys instead of the Sleep Inn web site. The alarm clock was confusing to use--too high tech for my use.
the pull-out mirror in the bathroom - great for folks with poor vision
the guys next door who talked loudly almost all night
It was clean, the a/c work well and the room was quiet.
The pillows were small, no bath tub and I placed the sign on the door not to disturb and they came right in.
The price was unbeatable.
The beds were not the most comfortable, but not the least either.
Water leaks on to bathroom floor between shower doors. Shower door was improperly installed thus not allowing seal to make contact with adjacent glass panel to allow waterproof/leakproof seal.
The breakfast foods and the breakfast area were especially good, even excellent. Better than some higher-priced motels. I just wish the breakfast room were about half again larger. All members of the staff were polite and helpful, although I had to ask for a second 'key' to my room for my wife; it was immediately provided. Without prompting, the clerk at checkout provided us with bottles of water for our drive that morning; this is a nice touch.
The door to the bathroom in the room opens out directly parallel and against the entry door to the room. This creates some awkward situations when there are two people sharing the room. While I don't think this can be solved now, I think it should be taken into consideration when designing new construction. Double sinks for two-person rooms would be helpful.
Very nice hotel. right off of loop 289 and accesable from everywhere easily right on 34th street a main eat west through town. Very clean and bright hotel
The chairs in the room weren't comfortable at all, felt like i was sliding out all the time and hurt my back. This was just a VERY minor problem though. Just laid on the bed and was comfortable.
I like the modern style of hotel. Breakfast was hot and delicious.
What's not to like....everything was great!!
Facility was good!
It was a nightmare on Saturday morning as there was no water. We could not brush teeth, shower, flush toilets etc. Only offer for any assistance was they were sorry for inconvenience. Could have at least brought bottled water around for brushing teeth and taking medications. Juice machines for breakfast were like syrup so they turned them off.
Room size, breakfast, pool
Hot water in shower not hot, water pressure low
Room nice size. Bed comfortable. Desk functional.
Pillows. Too short for a king size bed. Could not get my shoulders and neck comfortable.,
When booking I paid for a king suite with a jacuzzi but when I got to the hotel they said that the rooms were already booked
