Excellent location. Shuttle service to the airport in the early morning made it convenient to check in for our early flight out.

The 6am fire alarm wasn't pleasant. No one knew whether to run, or sit and wait for the signal to run.
It was so convenient, and the shuffle to DIA was just as convenient and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The heating-air conditioning system seemed somewhat old. It should be regulated by a temperature control thermostat rather then having to manipulate the controls directly on the system.

I did not like paying for parking when I had booked the hotel for both ends of my trip. Their website says "free parking". Turns out it is only the night you stay there.

Rooms quiet & Clean
cked into the room & took my a4 yr old to airport to rejoin her Mom returning from Afghanistan. Driver got us there in time, however it took over 1 hr to get him to pick us up. They first told us 15 min...called again & they said 1/2 hr. 4 year old was tired, hungry...no way to treat someone coming back to the states after serving in Afghanistan. (the driver knew the story...didn't care)

Booked a room for both the begining and end nights of our trip. Their website said free parking so I did not expect to have to pay for parking for the nights we were away. I felt deceived. We are traveling again next month so a different hotel will get our business this time.

I really enjoyed my one night stay here. The room was large and clean and the bedding was superb. A variety of choices for breakfast. Excellent!
Could not get in our room and we were a long waynfrom office.My 73 year old husband walked back and got new keys which did not work either.a maid had a key that worked. When we got in our room we still had nomworking key and when we called the front desk the lady woman whomanswered was rude and seemed unhappy with her job.my husband walked all the way back to get another key and only one keybecause I believe it was one tomopen alldoors cause she informed him she had to get this one back .room was clean and bed was comfy.tv and remote were not easy to operate..but other than calling thevfront desk we left it off
Itchy itchy sheets and everything, i got skin allergies abd itched all night and woke up with rashes. we found red scales and bloodspots on the sheets... Podsible bed bugs

Very clean, friendly staff, not to far from airport. Shuttle driver was friendly.
The shuttle arrived early at the hotel and left a few mins early, so I missed the 10:10am shuttle,and had to take a taxi as waiting 35 mins was not an option. I found the pillows and bed to be uncomfortable.
The key system for the rooms was messed up, went back to front desk 3 times, finally the front desk clerk had to leave his position, and go let us into our room. They knew the key system was new, and bad, and was having problems with it!!! The van service was the worst I have experienced!!! The driver didn't have heat in the van, made us wait at the airport until he literally filled the van up before he would leave. So we sat in a cold van for about 30 minutes, it was very cold and snowing!!! No defrost on the van, cuz no heat ......horrible and not safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
