Right from the onset, when I arrived, after booking my room online, there were problems. After booking online only an hour or so before, I arrived to them saying that they had no booking from me. The gentleman looked at me blankly and as if annoyed, just shook his shoulders after I told him I booked online through bookings.com. So I then suggested that I would call the site. The site then had to call the hotel, call me back, then fax paperwork of the transaction so that he could manually enter it in. It took about 20 to 30 min.
To make matters worse, before booking my room, I had placed a telephone call to see if it was possible to check in early, in which they responded that it would be fine to check in by noon. After commuting all the way there they proceeded to tell me that there would be no room would be available for another hour or two. This is the main reason I booked a room at this hotel.
Lastly, I found that they charged my credit card three times. They did eventually credit me back, but charged an additional $50 after that. When I called to see why they had charged me $50, they explained that there was no evidence of this in their system.
The room was nice, cramped, but nice. It was also located in a very central location, which was convenient for shopping.
