Mold on ceiling, butts in ashtrays outside, poor arrangement of furniture, uninformed staff, no staff in breakfast
I like everything. The only that really got me was, that you advertise that there would be a DVD player in the room. But it wasn't. But overall I was satisfied.
Great deal. Comfortable room.
Only drawback would be inability to get correct comfort thru air conditioner unit.
Had a great stay. Everything was clean and nice.
Check in/out seamless. Helpful with area information. Very pleasant.
The location was perfect. I attended a football game at BBT field. The physical condition of the room was excellent. Bathroom was perfect. The bed was comfortable. Nice clean sheets. Good pillows. Room was clean.
There was only one light bulb for the room. 2 lamps but only one bulb. That was a first for my travels. Thus I had to operate with low light. This next one was huge for me. I was not able to regulate the heat. It was hot as heck. I had it on low heat and max to the cool side. I finally just switched the heat off. It was a cool night outside and I just hoped for the best. Not good. Also I think it is really helpful to have a list of channels for the TV so customers do not have to search blindly thru the channels to find things.
The room the facility was not worth the money . The RAMADA IS JUST A STEP BELOW MOTEL SIX I SHOULD STAYED THERE AND BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE. AT LEAST I WOULD HAVE KNOWN WHAT TO EXPECT.
Location was OK. Staff was courteous. Beds comfort was OK and clean.
Halls are narrow. Rooms are small. Bath is impossible to close door and move around. Way small. Carpets and decor in need of replacement.
I was surprised about not being able to use AARP or AAA or my vet card for discounts. When we booked, it did not ask. The staff was helpful, the room was ok but not great,
The shower needs alot of work, the carpet was very used,
The location was great the outside was beautiful. The lobby was nice.
This hotel was doing construction painting the hotel smell like paint. Only one ice machine working in the whole hotel. The air in my room was not working. The refrigerators was it they replaced it with another one and left it I the middle of the floor. Then we got put on the floor with a bunch of kids. Ramada Plaza or Sundance whatever name they use is a no better then the Motel 6 and should not be charging $99 for any room so I ended up leaving early paid for one night wish I could have gotten half of that back .But lesson. Will never stay at this place ever. BOOKING YOU NEED TO LEARN MORE ABOUT PROPERTY
Location. The bathroom in the room had been revamped and was clean.
Front deck under staffed. Only one girl on duty. She did the best she could, but there needed to be another employer on staff. Took forever to check in. Facility was over rated. Plugs in bath room, and anther in room did not work. 3 stars? That is a joke!
The front desk were friendly and helpful
The way they clean the rooms. The fact that things kept breaking down Pool shut a day, water off a day The keys to the room only worked half of the time and they did not open the outside doors by the parking lot. TV picture was scrambled at times and fussy and hard to see Wi Fi very slow and hard to get on and easy to be booted off
Pool and location
For the cost of the stay....breakfast should be upgraded... I stay 3 nights every time went down for breakfast it was gone.
Needs refurbishing asap. It was very hard to find at night. Hotel is changing ownership and in need of repair and updating. Overpriced.,,
The gym was non existent. The breakfast was REALLY poor. The tv reception was fuzzy. Decorations were stupid. Guests were loud and we could easily hear the people in the next room.
Booked a single king and was given a double queen. The staff did fix it.
Felt like I was cheated. The pictures lead me to believe something that wasn't true. I rented a double room with double beds. And the pictures showed double beds in double rooms with a bar. Now the real problem is they don't offer double beds and double rooms. And by the way this was supposed to be $100 per night through booking.com but I actually had to pay 200 per night for the same room in the picture. So misadvertizment big time.
