Facility was old, tired, in need of serious up date. Price was high for age of facility!
Staff was great, breakfast full
We were assigned a room that was already occupied and had to return to the office to get a different room. (Embarrassing) We couldn't get the coffee maker to work in the room. The hot tub was out of order and one member in our party was quite disappointed.
Room seemed clean and was quiet. Breakfast was good.
The best thing I liked about the room was how big it was.
I was traveling from Roseburg Oregon to see my elderly mother. I found this quality inn which was only 5 mins. away from her assisted living place. I was happy to find this quality inn was very quiet and extremely comfortable. The room was very spacious and it was very easy to find my favorite TV shows.
WAY TOO MUCH DEPOSIT FOR 5LBS OF PET,THAT DIDN'T CAUSE ANYONE ANY GREIF.
Quiet, clean, friendly
Smell of cleaning agents quite powerful when walking in. Room older than expected.
Welcome & Friendly Service. Comfortable.
We were in a bottom room. People above were very loud until about 4 am. That and the howling dog that are suppose to be not allowed it was hard to get a good night sleep.
Disappointed big time. Not at all what advertised on Bookings.com. Will be rethinking booking through them again.
Street noise, but it was a Friday night and could hear the neighbors talking.
Room was great. Used the coffee pot twice. Used the desk to do some work. Easy check-in. Everyone friendly. Right next to the mall!
To high of a fee for pets, gross damp smelling room, huge black widow as soon as we opened the door, shower floor felt like you were going to fall threw, receptionist charged my debit card instead of using the cash I told her I was going to pay with, which then overdraw my account an caused lots if overdraw fees, very disappointed with overall price of hotel, probably will not be staying here again
Good size rooms, decent breakfast,
Two in our group have severe chemical sensitivities. We had to try several rooms before we could find one without new carpet and they spray a air freshener on everything.
The size of room was good, breakfast was fine but coffee not so good. But there is a great coffee stand in front of hotel with a walk up window.
Breakfast not the best
Large, clean room Excellent king bed Good check in/service Low price/value
The facility is older, though nice. PBS was not available on cable so we missed the program we looked forward to.
Our room was quite comfortable and super clean. Nice breakfast and spacious eating area. We never felt crowded during our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful.
Would like to have a secure window to open with safe guards.
The room was big, bed was good. The breakfast was overboard, way too much, but great.
age of rooms.
breakfast was good.
Spiders in the room; Out of coffee at breakfast one day - no coffee cups the next - out of pancake batter as well. Person in the back couldn't care less. Front desk person had to physically get her to stock up on items that were out. Front desk person (man) was interrupted on our check-out and left me in mid sentence and went away.
Staff wasn't very friendly.
The room was huge, which was nice for a family with small children. The beds were very comfortable...loved the pillows. The complimentary breakfast offered was great too.
Room was dirty. Location was not appealing. Reefer truck was running all night outside. Bikes secured to the back of my truck were almost stolen. Very unfortunate experience to an other wise great vacation.
The room needed updating. The bathroom fan didn't work and it smelled funny in the room. It wasn't a comfortable bed or room.
The mattress was Great
Hotel is in a poor location, by a shopping center not close to the core of the town. Also hot tub was broken when we arrived
Layout of room, quiet and overall cleanliness of the room
Wi-Fi was not grest. It works but you can't stream anything and you get knocked off. Nice to offer a free hot breakfast but is poor quality and really not a bonus as hyped by the staff.
Stayed one night at the higher rated Edgewater Inn, which is a worn out property decorated in 70's poverty and smelled musty. Quality Inn was a better choice and night and day difference. Very friendly staff that that actually try to exceed expectations and do. Clean spacious rooms.
Check out was terrible... It was slower than it should have been! Smell of room and carpet was also bad!
Breakfast was okay
not enough people at the front desk in the evening
good beds, nice breakfast. Location of the room was minor
Far too expensive for older facility
They accept small pets
