We stay in room # 910 and the bed sheets had dry up blood on it that we saw in the morning after we got up. Was very upset and that it was gross.

Small rooms, no space for clothes, during the breakfast hall is crowded.
Clean, comfortable beds, good wifi signal, quiet part of town, free basic breakfast
Room overlooked a parking garage, so not very exciting views...
Very convenient to theatre district, restaurants, shopping, and only a few blocks from Times Square...good value for the location and the condition of the hotel was practically brand new. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent hot free breakfast. Room was outstanding and even though it was small was comfortable. A little noisy in the halls and outside, but it is NYC!
No parking at the hotel
Had pretty much all i needed
The Room was too small. Cramped
If you are six feet tall, the bed might be too short for you (at least it is in a twin bed room). There was no closet and little floor space in my room.
- clean - new furniture - location - wi-fi - price I can recommend this hotel if you are on a budget, but want a clean place for a few nights stay.
Just the place in general. It was a very clean, nice & quiet hotel.
My room wasn't ready even though we arrived at 7PM... four full hours after the stated check-in time of 3PM. After waiting almost another full hour for the room, the bed was full of pubic hair and lacked basic amenities such as toilet paper. Never going to stay here again.
The free breakfast was the only thing I liked
The free breakfast was great.
Room very small, no place to put clothes and toiletries. Smaller than others we've stay in. Can here noise from hall and neighbors.
Easy location to get to all the sites. Very helpful staff. Rooms and facility very clean. Good breakfast. Would stay again.
The hotel was very clean and the room was quite nice. Wonderful location very close to the theatre district and not a far walk from Central Park.
Room C-101 is located below the lobby to the right of the elevator. There is a lot of noise from foot traffic outside the door, the vending and ice machines, and outside (there is either a bar or a club in the vicinity and you can hear the bass all night). The shower is also tiny and water escapes so there is a puddle on the floor after a few minutes.
Good size room for solo traveller. Comfortable bed.
The space is really small but it was not really an issue for me because I was traveling alone. I was also in the second floor so my view is not so much. In fact there was a building currently being constructed in front of the inn so I have to put my drapes down for privacy. My total bill is still pending but I hope there are no additional charges because when I computed the $99 rate plus taxes, I don't think it will amount to the total I saw on my bank statement.
I was able to get the $99 promo (excluding taxes) and I feel that it's a good deal considering the location. It's actually in the Hell's Kitchen area but you will get to Times Square by walking 2-3 blocks. Its proximity to other touristy attractions is a must a well. Anyway, I love the free wifi and they weren't kidding when they said they have fast internet connection. I also love the pillows (all 5 of them!). The room also looks new and the bed looks good as well. By the way, their check-in time is actually 3 pm but their front desk staff that time (November 26) was kind enough to let me check in early at 9 am because there was already a clean room available. Now that's great service!
I'd forgotten how noisy Manhattan streets are, even at night. And it doesn't matter how high up you are: bring earplugs!!! Also recommend changing the king bed in our room to a queen, so there would be room to walk around the bed and somewhere to put luggage. Room space was very tight!
Very convenient walking distance to the Intrepid (air carrier and museum) as well as the passenger cruise terminal (tho we had to take a taxi to the cruise terminal due to luggage). Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. It was very nice to have tea/coffee maker in the room.
Simple accommodations Priced well
Hectic and congested set up for breakfast. Quite noisy.
Very good beds, modern and clean interior. Location is good.
The hotel was farther away than I thought. The rooms were also smaller than I expected and no where except for a few hooks to hang your clothes up. I would have liked to have a computer in the lobby area to look things up and to print out boarding passes for return flights home.
The hotel was pretty much what I expected . Staff were very friendly and helpful, at any time of day. Good for the breakfast, if you wanted it.
Every thing was excellent from staff, location, comfort. Over all very positive experience would definitely stay here again.
With only one elevator, it made getting to our room interesting. The elevator tended to get confused as to which floor it was being called to.
Great staff! Cozy room. Good selection on the breakfast items, never walked away hungry.
There was an odour present in the room. One elevator to service the building was inconvenient. The room was so small it was difficult to navigate around the room with luggage. The view was unimpressive. Wi-Fi was slow.
Location was decent; 3 to 5 blocks from Times Square, subway access and most theatres. Staff was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was very good.
Our room was too small and construction across the street woke us early and made for noisy days
WiFi worjed great and it was just a few blocks from great restaurants and activities
Very small. Poor breakfast.
The location and ease of going to Times Square
- Small rooms - Very basic breakfast with a very small seating area - Lack of storage space in rooms - AC in room very loud and no dial to adjust temperature
- Great location - Great value for NYC, especially considering its central location - Excellent staff - very helpful and friendly. Hotel would be sub-standard without them! - Comfortable, large bed - Free WiFi - Great for business/short stay
Ther was nothing much apart from general noise from other people which wasn't the hotels fault.
The location was great. It was close to public transport and hop on hop off buses but far enoug away to be away from the busy parts. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
