Breakfast was delicious, the hotel is eclectic and charming. There is a beautiful back patio and within close walking distance of public transit.
The breakfast was not only delicious but gracefully presented also. A recommended stay!
Great location central to Wicker Park and many restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The Blue Line is a short walk away and the neighborhood is very nice and clean. It is very quiet during the evening and the breakfast was amazing. This will be our spot for accommodations upon visiting Chicago again in the future. Wonderful establishment....
There was nothing to dislike.
The warm and friendly hospitality of the staff, like Sara and Lucy; the proximity to public transport and other amenities; the excellent breakfast; and the quiet neighborhood. My room was cozy and had its own well-designed bathroom. The refrigerator was well-stocked and I could relax in the terrace or balcony. I wouldn't mind staying there next time around. There's a piano too in the main site across the street. A wonderful and memorable stay worth cherishing, indeed!
DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE RUDE AND NOT ACCOMMODATING. IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.
Great neighbourhood location perfect for sight seeing Very comfortable rooms - just like staying at someone's house
Wi-fi didn't work
friendly, clean, great breakfast, close to subway, quiet neighborhood, lots of information on what to do in chicago and where to eat in the polish triangle.
Cummunal breakfast where I met lots of different people and obtained lots of information
Nothing to dislike
Very comfortable. Friendly staff. The food was delicious.
Feeling to be at home or visiting closed friends Breakfast choice Ownership pending for any extra support for a great stay in Chicago
The owners are really interesting people and very helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. We really enjoyed talking and sharing with the other visitors at breakfast. The location is very central and close to the train. We will return the next time we are in Chicago.
Very cozy! Location for us is great. The breakfast was lovely and how nice it was, to come home one evening to freshly baked cookies waiting in the kitchen. Free parking behind the building was a huge plus!
Stairs outside leading up to the door were poorly lit. The room was small, tight for two adults with a shared bathroom, as that was all that was available at the time of booking.
I loved everything about it. I didn't want to leave. So unique and cozy!
Food, staff, other guests room, location
Walk up stairs to my room. Next time I"ll secure a first floor room.
The breakfast was excellent.
It turned out to be a little farther away from where we were going.
The couple running the B&B were friendly enough. Very close to the blue line train (to downtown and O'Hare airport) and buses. Nice breakfast with home cooking.
On arrival I was given a long list of eating places that were supposedly close by ... it was actually quite a walk to the restaurants/cafes on the list and I had trouble finding some of them.

The friendly atmosphere. There were maps and books to be borrowed as well as suggestions about what to do and places to visit.
Breakfast was always fabulous and the deck/garden was very relaxing.
The televisions were small, and we had to share a bathroom.
Great breakfast! Very nice B&B with very helpful information on what to do in Chicago.
Good location, nice friendly neighborhood with many restaurants.
Cramped quarters, could hardly move about due to two large suitcases. Bed was jammed into the corner so my husband literally had to crawl over me to get in and out of bed. Bath was private but we had access only through a common hallway.
Abundance of amenities; friendly staff and good breakfast. Close to downtown with public transportation just a block away.
I was locked out late one night because someone had deadbolted the front door to which I did not have a key. After calling the emergency #, no one called me back.
The garden was very nice quiet and very relaxing.
The need larger televisions.
