Convenience after flight canceled late at night and rescheduled on early flight the next day Hotel needs extreme make over !!

Close to the airport where you can relax after long flight and recover from jet lags. Very nice comfortable bed. Underground train takes yo to airport and back

I had issue with the booking but the staff did not call booking.com and I did it as overseas phone call and managed to resolve it but with the cost of the phone call.

room old and no amenities were provided. Charged a Flight room charge in addition to my fee. Couldn't find my reservation and had to wait 20 minutes until they found it.

Dated hotel, no free wifi at these rates! Mattresses were to soft for a bad back, seemed to be wore out as there was a lump in the middle! Front desk did not ask about our stay, when I asked if they were interested he just shrugged his shoulders no other reply!!!

The room as a whole was clean. Beds comfortable. Close to our airport gate. Very convenient.

When we checked in they gave us the wrong room key. We tried and tried to open the door only to discover there was someone already in that room . Those people were not happy as we woke them up, it was midnight. We traveled all the way back to the front desk and they gave us a new key and a new room. The restaurant available for breakfast was very expensive. 70.00 for 4 people.

Liked the convience to the airport.

For the price they could have offered a Continenal Breakfast or something light for the early travelers

This hotel is very tired and worn out. It is way over priced for what you get. The revolving restaurant doesn't even revolve any more.The only reason they can charge the rates they do is because of the convenience and location at the airport.

Very expensive and very dated. There was a musty smell.

Convenient to airport for a layover.

Room service got our order wrong on two out of the four dishes, but they gave us the mistake dishes for free, without hassle. I appreciate that when something goes wrong, they acted quickly to fix it to our satisfaction.

there is no one direction to the hotel on arrival hall. Not easy to find.

Great location, but pretty pricey for what you get. If I didn't arrive at midnight and have to leave early the next morning I would have stayed at a different airport hotel.

We had to lay over in Houston because of Superstorm Sandy. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and polite and went out of their way to help; they made a big difference in our stay. Our thanks and best wishes.

The staff was very professional, the room was nice overall, and the hotel lobby struck me as very grand. Nice first impression. Location was the biggest saving grace--it was SO close to the airport, and very convenient.

There was a mix-up with the payments, and they seemed to nickle-and-dime you everywhere. By the time I left, I'd paid over $200 for one night and breakfast, and the room was maybe worth half that.
