Location and price.
Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Not enough channel selection for the t.v. Big problem was having to go to the front desk to get new room. Keys kept deactiving.
Clean comfortable easy to access.
Bed was hard, can hear guest going in and out of rooms. Can also hear them in room while walking down hallway.
The location was the best part.
Unfortunately the beds weren't that comfortable. The breakfast could've been better too.
The room was clean & bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. All in all I very much enjoyed my stay
The refrigerator was old with pealing paint o the shelves
WIFI was worthless.
Good location in halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth, and about 15-20 minutes from the airport
Just next to the freeway, traffic noise on the rooms!
About 20 min from the airport and 20 min from Dallas so it was a central location. Lots of restaurants so tons of food options in the area. About 5 min from AT&T stadium and you can literally see the rides at 6 flags from the parking lot
The "free" breakfast was appalling. Very nasty stuff. Also they're super strict about smoking on the property even the balcony. They threatened us to call the police because we took a few puffs and the ground floor balcony of our room. Even sent the maintenance guy to take pictures -_-
Quite clean rooms.
The price was good for what we needed.
Wish there had been a little more breakfast or more coffee with colder creamer or milk and the juice machine was not on.
Close to freeway very noisy
Everything was good will recommend to others
Closeness to restaurants highway, shopping, stadium, intertainment, short drive to Dallas downtown, clean, customer service, comfortable. Couldn't ask for more for the price we paid.
Location is near Six Flags, Rangers Ballpark and AT&T Cowboys Stadium. Of course nothing was going on at any of those places, so the price was great and no problem getting a room. The room was clean, and provided amenities like coffee maker, ironing board, safe, and other little things that you don't expect for the low price.
The only ding I can think of is that housekeeping missed a used towel from a previous occupant hanging on a hook on the bathroom door. Also, it's kind of annoying having icemakers only on the 3rd and 5th floors. (I was on the 1st)
Only one entrance to the main parking. had to park in the back and it was nasty and access awkward
Coffee was bad
Nice comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice above expectations.
Television had to reconnected and programed. Lighting was dim in bathroom if you didnt use heat lamp.
Everything was great, staff very polite, room very clean, price was excellent
I cant complain.
The location was great. Thought it would be noisy but it was very pleasant. Will definately be booking here more often.
So close to Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium! Beds were very comfy!
No decaff coffee at breakfast
The fridge didnt work. The room was super hot until we kept the window open! The staff was absolutely ridiculous! I got to the point where I wanted to cuss them out& im a very nice person! He laughed in my face when I tried to explain my situation to him& was no where near helpful! (I booked a king size room, the didnt have one so booking.com said they'd give me a queen room for the same price. Got there& they charged me 20$ more for a queen room! Such bs!)
Conveniently close to Dallas Cowboys stadium and Six Flags Amusement Park. Waffles offered at breakfast. Breakfast was kept open past closing, if people were still coming down to eat.Very clean. Comfortable beds.Good wifi. Cleaning staff were excellent.
We couldn't get to or from the hotel during the Dallas Cowboys game, since it is right next to it. Woman at the check-in desk was not helpful to the point of being rude. Breakfast was the same thing everyday (we stayed a week because it was right next to Six Flags Amusement Park). Doors to rooms slammed shut and were very loud if someone left their room late at night. Airconditioning/heat was difficult to control because the thermostat was not working properly. It was either very hot or very cold.
I really did like my stay . I will stay again soon.
I didn't have a refrigerator and the room next door did. I guess u can't win them all .
convenience of booking and restaurants
