Nice room, big TV, Direct TV, great location in walking distance to a WalMart. Free WiFi is great.
A little bit of freeway noise in the morning due to location. Kind of hard to find, initially.
The convenince of all the stores and theater close by of walking or a short drive. Pizza delivery was awesome. The rooms were comfy and easy to get to.
Waking up to the free noise.
The "non-smoking" rooms reeked of stale cigarettes. Probably because there were people smoking all the way around the building and there is no way the smoke can keep from being drawn in through the ventilation system. I was going to make coffee in my room but the pot hadn't been cleaned from before. The staff was unprofessional in their interactions with one another and seemed generally disinterested, with the exception of the desk clerk who was quite helpful in checking us in. The location was also very hard to find.
Great hotel for the price. Located right of the interstate.
Beds were very comfortable, staff was very friendly, 24 hour pool.
It was quite run down. Bathroom door would stick and lock you in, lights didnt work, coffee pot did not work either. And hot tub was closed.
Close to shopping and restaurants. Room was nice and well-equipped.
Hard to locate as no road to it only a rear entrance from the rear of a Walmart. WiFi not working at all/clerk blamed a cyber attack. Noise from nearby highway. Hot tub under service/replacement.
Price, location, quite room, clean, free WI-FI, and staff were friendly
The staff did not live in the local area and could not give us directions, nor did the room contain any materials. So bring a GPS
Liked the mattress, best part of the stay
Outside, a little run down, needs painting!! Needs up dating
Clean and comfotable. Good value.
It was very hard to find.
They could not find my reservation. It took 1 hr. to get checked in. The window in the room was loose, fell out and hit me in the head. We needed more hangers and it was a problem to get them. There was a chair by the pool, when sat in, fell apart and scratched my son. The pool area was awful. There is work in progress on the hotel and it is very much needed. Parking lot was a mess.
Very friendly staff. Also that its just around the corner from the Boise LDS Temple and within walking distance of movies and shopping.
The location was confusing. I could see it from the freeway, but after exiting the freeway it was out of sight. There were some large retail stores in front of it and it was frustrating trying to figure out how to get to it. They need a sign on the major road in front of the retailers directing patrons to the establishment. Also my sheets had hairs on them, like maybe they hadn't been changed.
The water in the shower changed temperature and burned my son my husband and myself.
Great room great value!!
Location was a little difficult to find from street level. Behind two big box stores....
The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on.
Minor point: Their location was a little hard to find- hidden behind Wal Mart and Home Depot.
Adjoining rooms. The microwave and fridge and coffee. Nice morning breakfast.
Minor repairs needed for heater and window.
--It was in a good location as far as being near shopping, and the area immediately around the motel was not busy--rather quiet as far as traffic goes. --The bed was comfortable, the pillows were very nice (wish I knew what kind they were). Bedclothes were adequate. Facilities were adequate for our needs. --The heater worked well and didn't make a lot of noise (just some, but all right). --There were a refrigerator and a microwave. --For a place just to sleep for a night or two while busy elsewhere during the day, it was fine. Nice big bed. --The room had a good hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. A good shower, too, once the water got hot. --The bathroom was clean. --Although a bit spartan, it had everything we needed.
--Lighting was inadequate; only two lamps in the main room, one by the bed and the other above the television. --To get hot water took a long time running it. --It was a little less clean than it could have been: some stains on the chairs. --It's just a bit shabby in some things, like the curtains.
I was glad that there was refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer & coffee pot.
Bad television reception, lack of face cloths available, location next to freeway....too much noise all night.
Though the hotel was a complete dive and foul beyond belief, the staff tried to be accommodating as much as possible.
The room was disgusting, very loud since it was situated right next to the interstate, completely out-dated, did not have a working heater, the shower water could not maintain a comfortable temperature, and I worried for my safety as I am a single female. The rooms and hotel did not match the photos displayed online, the hot tub did not work, and there was no heated pool as advertised online. It was a horrible stay and I will never stay there ever again.
I stayed in room 119. It was on the side of the building that faced the highway, with all the noise that comes with a highway. I called the front desk and asked for a room transfer, and was offered another room on another side of the building that would have had the same highway noise. I stayed in the room as I was exhausted from the days traveling. As I started to get settled in the room, I saw there was an opened and used bar of soap next to the sink, and an opened and used bottle of shampoo and bar of soap were in the shower stall, which was not cleaned, as evidenced by multiple pubic hairs. Anyone could easily see that even the walls/floor hadn't been cleaned. One of the nightstands had multiple rings on it from a glass/cup that had been set on it, as well as the in-room table. I pulled the beds comforter back and thank goodness the sheets were clean and appeared unused. At this point, I just wanted to sleep. In the morning, I spoke to the desk clerk about the condition of the room, who agreed that the room had been unserviced and offered to pass my complaint along to the hotel manager along with my phone number. I still have not heard from anyone. The clerk did say that I was entitled to some sort of compensation, if not a completely free night because of the rooms condition. I also booked thinking that I would get a better breakfast than the standard continental breakfast which is what I got, and available to all the guests who stayed there. I feel that this was not a clearly detailed item on the website. In short, NO, I will never stay at this property again, and I also feel that the website should be very detailed about the breakfast that is offered and not the way it is currently portrayed.
They changed our room so we were not listening to the cars on the freeway. The beds were good.
Spa did not work it was out of order.
I liked the pool.
The shower was randomly changing temperature The walls were sticky I had to fix my own shower because they have no maintenance people
