Hospitality friendly staff very helpful

Breakfast wasn't eenjoyable.

The price, should have realized with a price so low the accommodations would not be appropriate.

Continental breakfast was lacking, could not take back to our room and with a fridge and a microwave in our room I did not see why we couldn't take our breakfast back to our room. Shower temperature fluctuated from ice cold to scolding. The carpet was dirty and we didn't dare walk barefoot. The hot tub was too small for the amount of guests wanting to use it. Management did not deal with complaints appropriately. Outlets were coming out of the wall or had loose connections not allowing our electronics to be safely charged.

The staff were really nice and went beyond job description to assist me

The beds were comfortable,yet bed sheets frayed and raveling,some light sockets didnt work,the airconditioner didnt work propperly to mantain a constant temp,we had no hotwater for a full day,the tub was dirty,there was a long hair on the blow dryer from previous visitor,roach on pool surroundings,although there were bathrooms near the pool area the light didnt work and it was unkept,the ice machine was not convenient to rooms,our ac was not on when we arrived in our room and when asked about the error we were told it was not policy to cool rooms that were not occupied,we were told the pool was heated but that was not true....our stay was unpleasent and would not reccomend this facility.

There were bathrooms ,a shower outside ,a clock all within steps of the pool and I noticed the tables,chairs and chaise lounges were new,yet uncomfortable to lie face down on

I liked that it was clean and easy to find.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. I could feel the springs on my back. The pillows were lumpy. The continental breakfast was pretty mediocre.

Accessible to Disneyland. Male FO Staff who were on duty during our stays where helpful, friendly and courteous.

I booked and paid 3 rooms. I stayed in room 232. A/C; heater is noisy, bathroom was not clean and with long hairs on the floor, wall and bath tub of the former guest. Telephone message flash was on which was not deleted by the housekeeper before the new guest checks-in; No facial tissue; tourists on tour groups should have separate breakfast room so as to prevent from clogging and pushing each other;

I didn't the fact that your advertisment is false, I requested hotels in Anaheim, and booked this because it came up as Anaheim and I knew their was a Howard Johnson in Anaheim, and this was the only one that came up, but this is false, it is not in Anaheim and that should be removed from ad, it is Beuna park, not Anaheim, if it wasn't for the free shuttle to Disneyland which made up for that a wee bit

Close to Knotts Berry Farm

First of all it's not handicapp friendly there is no elevator, our room was next to some kind of factory, the smell in the room was not nice I had to come in and spray some air freshner. The towels were so hard that it scractched my skin. and the ironing board was a small board that I had to put on the counter to iron. I have never wrote a review on a hotel but I had to say something about this one, it was the worst ever!

i really like leaving!

the room smelled. the pillows were literally lumpy. the refridgerator smelled so we didn't use it. it was the absolute low point of our trip, i literally cried myself to sleep the first night. also they didn't even have our booking from yourselves, i kick myself time and again that i didn't just turn around and walk out the door. i was a bit wary of staying and asked if we could stay for a shorter time, but she quoted the terms and conditions on my printout and said we'd have to pay the full amount - even though she wasn't expecting us!!!! the photos of the room were very misleading, it looked like a clean budget establishment but it certainly deserved zero stars.

Very clean and comfortable rooms!

Es un hotel bonito, comodo y con un ambente agradable. El desayuno esta bien. La limpieza en general en buena "Sara" la senora que ayudaba en el desayuno fue la persona mas amable que nos atendio. la ubicacion del hotel es muy conveniente las habitaciones son amplias el servicio de limpieza es bueno

Las personas de la recepcion deberian sonreir y ser un poco mas amigables. el horario de desayuno es muy temprano especialmente cuando estas de vacaciones. se siente mal olor(olor a humedad) cuando entras por primera vez a la habitacion

Le personnel était sympathique et le prix très intéressant

Ils ne savent pas qu ils prélèvent une nuitée si vous n annulez pas j ai eu de la chance que le manager ait vérifié bien su il est insisté pour dire qu ils ne prélevaient jamais avant que le client n arrive autrement l hôtel est très bien.

Cuarto pequeños, cocina, refrigeradora y utensilios viejos, desayuno muy escaso, casi nada que ofertar, poca privacidad de las habitaciones, a pesar de que sólo había wafles no se podía llevar a la habitación, otros hoteles con más variedad y cantidad de alimentos permiten siendo Suite llevar comidas a las habitaciones (Residence inn), toallas viejas y sobré usadas , almohadas muy duras, televisión muy viejo, habitación poca iluminación

The hotel is what you pay for. Our room was in a seemingly safe location, but was far from fancy. The rooms are a little run down and could use some paint. There was no major fault with the hotel, but we would likely choose a different place to stay next trip.

The breakfast was good for the price - waffles, orange slices, juice, & cereals.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner - we found left behind clothes from the previous guests on the floor under the bedspread.

Sheery in front desk was very nice and help us a lot in our planning of what to do during the stay. Very nice to the kids and very knowlegeable about Buena park and Orange County to do list. The best part of our stay. Laundry room/ facility was convienient and good.

1.Airconditioning was very noisy. 2.Extraction fan was rumbling when switched on ending the whole time we switched it off making room stuffy. 3.Towels was very hard and old. 4. Fridge was very noisy.

Great water pressure in the shower!
