Check in was smooth and easy. Close proximity to restaurants and entertainment.
Hot water is on a delay. Need to let it run before it heats up. No continental breakfast either.
from front lobby to room the clean scent was welcoming. Bedding comfortable, bathroom very nice . love the terrace for fresh air .
needed more towels and washcloths.
MY ROOM WITH ITS KINGSIZE BED LARGE FLATSCREEN TV WAS AS COMFORTABLE AS COULD BE. GREAT VALUE WHEN COMPARED WITH OTHER HOTEL OR MOTELS IN THE AREA.
ROUTE 3 IS ABOUT 200 FEET FROM MY ROOM WINDOWS, NOISE OF TRAILER TRUCKS MOTORCYCLES ETC, CAUSED FITFULL SLEEP.
It was cheap and there was a bed.
The overnight desk agent was condescending and uncompassionate. Flight was delayed 6 hours and I got to the hotel at 330am and was exhausted. The room he put us in was ridiculous. Smelled unpleasant and the bed was horrible. The manager was helpful the next day and changed the room. Which is surprising considering. Still didn't smell great but thats not a deal breaker. Cranked the air and it was diluted.
Later on the day we checked out I noticed that an additional amount had been withdrawn from my account. When I called the staff told me it was a holding fee that should clear within 48 hours that I wasn't informed of when we checked out. The amount they withdrew has gone up and down and even been taken out and put back in since we left. I was going to go back on my next trip until this happened. The staff could barely answer any of my questions about why the amount I was charged for my room changed and why it was taken out then put back for a smaller amount and then taken out again. Otherwise of wasn't a bad place to stay of your visiting New York City. Just be sure you and the staff have an understanding.
Worn out carpets bed mattress poor hole in chair with stuffing exposed pool closed in summer
Ceiling peeling off dirty and smells bad. If you arrive early they charge $40 to get in your room. Also the pool is closed down. Desk staff is more interested in pointing out the polices than helping the customer. We travel more than most and this was the second worst place i have ever stayed at.
Shortcut to the motorway, friendly staff
shortcut to the motorway was loud, AC 15cm away from bed, which made sleeping impossible or very frosty experience parking-lot is share with IHOP and sometimes overcrouded
The price was excellent. The room had all of the basic amenities, like cable tv, hair dryer, coffee maker and fridge. The staff were very friendly.
It could have been a little more clean. Although the bathroom was very clean, the sleeping area looked as though the corners of the room had not been cleaned well in quite some time. Nothing significant enough to keep us from booking again if we need a cheap room in that area.
room was confortable, smelled great, wonderfull pillow
little bit of a maze getting to the room
The rooms are spotless
The customer service is horrible. I booked the same day and needed to cancel. I was told that I needed at least 24 hours to avoid being charged. Although I never had the chance to abide by the policy I wasn't given any benefit of the doubt. No refund, no credit.
location is good
clear should be better
Location it was near to where we were visiting, nice café nearby.
The price was the most affordable in the area for that night. The personnel at the front desk was very pleasant.
The place is very rundown. It appeared from some of the debris on the lawn that there may be some remodeling going on, tho there was no signage to that effect, but the entryway, hall and room were in terrible shape. The ceiling was full of obvious and sloppy patching. The room was very cramped, dingy and did not look or smell clean. I used an entire travel-sized can of Lysol before either of us would even sit on the bed or get into it. We would not put our bare feet on the carpet or bathroom floor, and did not want to shower the next morning or use the coffee pot. We hung our overnight bags up on hangers rather than put them down on the floor or chair. We checked out at 8 a.m. just to get out of there.
Not clean, stain bedding, bugs in room, Mildew in shower, dust on drapes. Bathroom floor sticky. It's like no one cares.
the lobby was very clean the room is very clean but other parts of the building were gross. There was a stinch in the hallway leading to the lobby every morning. No bed bugs. Price was decent. Would stay there again.
Need a little update on the building
Location was close to everywhere we needed to be.
The rooms were old and worn looking. There was an odor that hit us as soon as we got off the elevator. Front desk was ok checking in but when we checked out clerk was on phone and never looked up, she just put out her hand for key.
There was no hot water
Didn't have shuttle going yo city
I recieved bed bugs from this facility it was absolutely disgusting
